I woke up with an annoying beeping next to me. I slowly open my eyes and look in the room. I saw I was in a hospital room, and the beeping comes from the heart monitor next to me. There was an iv in my hand. I look at my wrist and saw that they bandage it.

No, they have to let me die. Why did they save me? I'm worthless. I don't want to see my parents. I just want them to let me go. I was too weak to move or get help, so I just lay there looking at the ceiling. I close my eyes when a tear runs down my cheek. I hear the door open and open my eyes.

I saw my brother walking in, looking at me.

"Lena, your finally up." He said as he stands beside my bed. I couldn't react. The thought of me facing my parent was running through my head. The only thing that came into my head was why.

" Why?" He looked at me with a confused look on his face and asked me.

" what do you mean?" I took a deep breath and said.

" Why did you save me." He looked at me with sad eyes.

" Why? Because I love you. Why would you kill yourself ?" He said while he took my hand.

"Because I'm broken, I'm not the happy girl I once was," I said as tears stream down my face.

"And I'm not afraid of  doing it again."

He looks at me with a shocked face.

" I won't let you." He said as he let go of my hand and walk to the door.

Tears streamed down my face when he left. I took the iv out of my arm and took the bandage from my cuts. I look for something sharp so that I can open them again.

I saw a glass of water and took it. I pour the water out and put the glass on the ground. I put the pillow on it and stomp my foot on it. I whimper when I feel the glass going in my foot. Ignoring the pain, I took a shard of glass and put it on my stitches. Slowly I begin to open them. The pain was unbearable, but I didn't care. Blood comes rushing out when I open them.

" LENA, NO." I look up and saw my parents and brother rushing in. My brother took the shard out of my hand while my mother got a nurse.

"NO, NO. LET ME DIE PLEASE JUST LET ME DIE." I scream when my dad and brother hold me down on the bed. The nurse came in with my mom, she tried to put the iv back in, but I wouldn't let her. She took a needle and put it in my arm.

I could feel the drug in my arm that dragged me in the darkness.

I woke up in a white room with a bed, a desk, and a chair. I couldn't move because my arms are strapped on the bed.

"HELLO, IS SOMEBODY THERE," I yelled.

A moment later, a woman came in with two men in white.

"Hello Lena, I'm Dr. Ryan." She said as she walks to me.

"Where am I?" I asked her.

She took her clipboard, writhing some things on it before saying.

"You're in the mental facility. Were gone help you." how could my family let them take me here. They can't help me.

"No, you have to let me go. I don't want to get help." I said to her.

"Everybody says that here but we're going to help you. Make her loose." She said to the two men.

"You can walk in the halls and the social room where other patients are. And you have a therapy group in ten minutes, come follow me," She said before leaving.

Balancing myself on my feet, I stood up slowly, walking out of the room following her. So all the people here have problems like me. I walk behind Dr. Ryan. When we inter the social room, I look around, and there were other kids like me sitting in a  circle. Dr. Ryan was sitting in a chair and look at me.

"Lena, you can sit next to Paige and Ben ." She said, pointing to an empty chair next to a girl whit short brown hair and a blonde boy. I took the seat next to her while she smiled at me.

"Okay, let's begin."

An hour passed, and we were finally done for today. I stood up and was about to walk to my room when someone calls my name. I look back and saw it was Paige.

"Where are you going?" She asked me.

"Uhm, back to my room," I said, turning around.

"While if you need someone, you can come to me." She smiled.

I stopped for a second before turning around, not giving her an answer.

Before I could entirely turn around, I saw that boy. I think his name was Ben. He was looking at me.

Our eyes meet for a second before I turn back around, walking to my room.

I close my door and walk to my bed. I lay down and look at the ceiling.

I can't believe that they put me here.

They should have let me die. I felt hot tears stream down my face. Why would they do this to me? I wanted to die.

That night I fall asleep crying.
