I sat on our new sofa in our new house. We had moved Percy's stuff in, as well as my own. It still looked pretty empty, but I mean, who cares? Anyway, we were watching American Idol, and I was getting bored out of my mind, so I switched the channel to the History channel. The first word I heard was 'Greek'. Percy gave me a smug smile, and I laced my fingers through his. It went on and on about the Parthenon, but it only told me stuff I already knew, so I just stared intently at Percy, his sea green eyes glued to the TV. Who knew he would like history?

We were now on the beach, letting the sea breeze get in our faces and talking and laughing about our past.

"And remember how mad you were when I told you we had to bring Rachel!? Oh my gods, that was really funny and you were so happy and mad when I came back after Calypso's and then you-"

Percy laughed so hard, and my face felt hot and turned beet red. I listened as his laughter died down.

"When did you start adoring oh so wonderful me, Annabeth?" Percy asked. I tried to say that I always loved him, but that was such a lie, and we both knew it. When we were twelve, the first thing he heard me say was that he drooled in his sleep. Sorry! But he totally did. And when I busted up my back fighting, he was so adorable, but so sad too, cause he though oh so wonderful me was gonna die.

"I dunno, seaweed brain. I'm just glad that I do." Then, he got a small, blue Tiffany box out of his pocket and got on one knee. Oh my gods of holy Olympus, he was proposing!!

"Hey, uh, Annabeth. I've loved you for a long time. Since we were fourteen, I guess. I always will love you too. We've made our first move- moving in together. Now, I wanna, um, make a move too. Will you marry me Wise Girl?" he asked in a scared voice.

"Oh my gods, of course I will, Seaweed Brain!" I started crying, really bawling. I wrapped my arms around him and cried into his shirt. I loved him so much! I always will.
