Camila set up the platter of fresh cut fruit along with the fondue and places it in the fridge. She sets the table then sets up Netflix and places pillows on the floor for them to sit on later. Just as she was finishing the last of the dinner there was a knock on the front door. She opened it to be greeted by those dazzling green eyes and bright inviting smile, that made her feel tingly. "Hi, you look beautiful." Camila greets kissing Lauren's cheek gently, "Thanks you do too." Lauren replied before placing a kiss on Camila's cheek, she was then pulled inside. "You're right on time, dinner is done."

"I love fondue! This is so cute!" "I'm glad you like it, I thought it might be a little lame." "No, it's super cute and romantic." A smile spread across Camila's lips "Well good, now pick a movie and let's continue this date," As the movie continued every few minutes Lauren inched closer to Camila until she was snuggled into her side, with her head on the older girls shoulder. Camila's heart raced at the sudden contact but she couldn't be happier about it.

The credits started to roll "I love that movie, good choice beautiful." "Me too, can we finish our conversation from earlier?" "Yeah of course cutie." Camila waited for Lauren to start the conversation "I know we need to keep us a secret, but can we tell certain people? Like Ally? Or people I know wouldn't dare share the information?" Camila opened her mouth in realization that she hadn't yet told Lauren certain information "Actually babe speaking of that, Dinah, Normani and Tori kinda already knew I had a crush on you. Dinah and Normani already know that we're giving us a try, they helped me set up this date actually." Lauren smacked her arm and pouted. "Babe, how come you didn't tell me? Now Ally's probably gonna be mad she didn't know as soon as it happened." The older girl rubbed her arm "Sorry beautiful, they guessed.I didn't even tell them, they read me like a book." Lauren rolled her eyes playfully "Fine, I forgive you ." "Yay! So who all do you plan on telling?" "Well probably Ashton, Calum and Anne. Ashton and Calum have actually been teasing me about you having a thing for me on the first day of school so they're ok with it and they would never breathe a word of it to anyone. Anne has heard a bit of their teasing but she ignores it so this will be news to them." "Well if you trust them, I do too." Lauren chuckled awkwardly remember a small detail "Yeah so small detail... I might have told them that Camila was a friend from a camp I attended over the summer." Camila and Lauren laughed and talked until the younger girl needed to go home.

Once Lauren got home she heard movement coming from the kitchen and knowing that her parents were out of town on business, it could only be one person... or a robber but once she walked into the kitchen and saw the short stack known as her cousin standing there cutting up fruit, all worries were out the window.

Lauren's POV

"Hey shortness!" I greeted my cousin happily and Ally scoffed at me "I'll have you know you are talking to royalty" she hissed back in a faux snooty attitude "Sorry your highness."We laughed at our stupidity before I continue "So there is something I need to tell you.." I could see a hint of worry in etched in Ally's facial expression "What is it?" "You know that thing you asked me about?" Ally pondered on my question before her facial expression switched to a confused one "I'm gonna need you to be a little more elaborate hun." "About Camila possibly liking me?" "Oh honey that wasn't a possibly, that was a definitely." "Well anyway, turns out she does." "Umm hello? Were you listening? I already know that!" I rolled my eyes "Blah blah, water under the bus. We're kind of.....talking?" Ally's eyes bulged at my revelation and I flinched because I knew she was going to explode "YOU'RE WHAT?! Since when?" "Since September 27th, so umm.. Two and a half weeks?" Ally immediately slammed my arm and for someone so small it really hurt "Two and a half weeks and I'm just now finding out? Ooo Lauren you better be glad all I did was slap you because I really want to punch you right now." I throw my hands up feigning innocence "Sorry! In my defense though we both agreed not to tell anyone but tonight on our date I-" Ally cut me off "Wait, wait, wait, you guys had a date tonight? I hate you .." She put her hand over my face and pushed me away "Ally you know I would have told you immediately under different circumstances" I mumbled into her palm and she sighed, removing it. "Yeah I know." "Good so anyway, on our date I asked her if we could tell certain people because I wanted to tell you and she told me that Dinah and Normani already knew she had a thing for me before because they sorta figured it out. They helped her set up our date." A smile slowly spread across Ally face and I took that as a good sign "Well despite being THE last one to know, I'm happy for you and I hope she treats you the way you deserve, unlike that cheating douche. Now tell me all about this date." "Well..."

I decided to text Camila and let her know how things went with Ally.
