Chapter 20

Friday, September 5th 3:40pm
Lauren's day flew by because the only thing being talked about by everyone was 'The Wanting' concert most of her teachers informed her that they would be attending, which made her smile at the support they give the band. She was currently at practice, focusing on working hard and improving.

Once she got home she showered quickly, got dressed in her outfit for the concert and then her and Ally headed to venue. Anne was already there making sure everything was in order, lights, sound, entry. Lauren had went through sound check and all before the boys arrived. She was hungry but she knew the boys hadn't eaten so she waited till they finished their sound check, so they could all get food together. Ally wanted Waffle house and of course Lauren and the guys obliged, so that's where they went.

They returned back to the venue and spotted Camila, Dinah and Normani standing in line. Lauren let them come in ahead of time with her. "Alright guys the boys and I are heading to the trailer to go over the set list one last time before they start letting people in." While they went over the setlist the other four girls got to know each other better.

The concert had ended with people purchasing merchandise like crazy. Dinah, Ally, Normani and Camila all bought a 'The Wanting' t-shirt themselves. The concert was currently trending on Twitter at the moment, which meant the band member's accounts were blowing up. The boys and Anne went home while the remaining five girls decided to go out to eat.

They were currently at Mi Pueblo talking about the concert when Camila's phone dinged with a notification from YouTube telling her that she had reached enough subscribers to get paid by the YouTube network. "Sweet!!" "What is it Chancho?" "I just got enough subscribers to get paid by YouTube!" Camila responded excitedly "You keep it up Mila and you'll be following in the footsteps of your sister." Normani stated happily Lauren and Ally looked at the other three girls confused "Umm, what?" Lauren questioned "Oh um about that, My sister is famous.." Lauren looked at her in disbelief "What? Who?" "Tori Kelly." Lauren's jaw dropped "No way, why isn't her last name Cabello then?" "It is Cabello, she just prefers to go by her first and middle name. She also wanted to give us at least a little privacy from paps."

Saturday, September 6th 9:00am
Lauren had nothing to do until band practice at 6:45pm to go over the songs they would play for Luke's party. So she got up at nine and did her workout routine, when she got back Ally was coming down the stairs "Good morning Allycat, how'd you sleep?" Lauren asked as she began preparing her shake. Ally stretched her limbs and yawned before replying "Morning Laur, I slept pretty good, you?" "The same as you, wanna go get some breakfast?" Ally eyed Lauren with an eyebrow cocked "umm, it looks like like you're already having breakfast.." Lauren chuckled "Technically yeah but I'm craving some pancakes. Denny's? Ihop?" Ally decided they should go to Ihop so she went up and took a quick shower, while Lauren drank her smoothie and did the same as Ally once she had finished in the bathroom.

Camila woke up trying to decide what to do today. Maybe hang out with Dinah and Normani,maybe text Lauren all day long if possible, maybe some karaoke later that night. All of the above sounded good to her, so she got up took a quick shower and texted the girls, asking them to hang out starting with breakfast. She was waiting for Dinah to come pick her up when her phone buzzed
