Soon, everyone was hovering a couple miles away from the base, so we wouldn't be seen.

Of course, I was still stuck with Keith. Bloody Keith.

The red lion touched down along with the others, and opened its mouth so both Keith and I could exit. Before we did, however, Keith grabbed my arm, halting me.

"Do you want me to keep her in here?" He asked.

"EXCUSE–"

"She'd probably find a way out." Lance said. "Or she'll steal the lion and demolish the place. Not a good idea."

"I'm with Lance. Besides, I don't want to deal with a dragon with an angry goddess that guides her later on." Pidge said.

"Agreed." Hunk said.

I growled, and pushed Keith away from me, and walked out of the lion. Within seconds, I was tackled to the ground by Lancelot himself.

"Don't you even think about it." He sounded totally happy to be on top of me, which I didn't take as a good sign.

"Lance, if you don't flipping get off of me I swear–"

"I'll murder him." Nunarae offered.

"Hey! I'm just making sure that we're all going to be on board with a solid plan. No need to get personal." He smiled down at me.

I'd totally forgotten that they could all hear Nunarae, and I think that she'd forgotten that too. I frowned up at Lance.

"Lance, get off of (Y/n)." Shiro sighed.

Lance did so, but reluctantly. I sat up, and dusted myself off.

"So, what's the plan?" Pidge asked, walking up to us along with Hunk.

"Get in. Revenge. Get out." Nunarae suggested.

No one seemed to like that idea, and she huffed in annoyance.

"That place is too small for my lion to get there invisibly, so let's throw that off of the list." Pidge stated, folding their arms.

"Maybe we could just sneak in?" Hunk wondered.

"Most likely heavily guarded." Keith said flatly.

"You guys have prime problem solving skills." I observed.

"We try our best." Lance joked.

"From what we saw, the place is just one big brick. It probably also goes underground. If you let me in by myself–" I tried.

"No." Shiro said immediately.

"Let me finish. If you let me in by myself, I can cause a big enough distraction to drag most of the Galra away. You guys can take out the rest, free the prisoners, then come find me if I'm in trouble." I explained.

"I don't like this..." Keith muttered.

"Do you have a more brilliant plan?" I asked him impatiently.

They all remained silent.

"Great!" If Nunarae could clap, she probably did. "Operation Distraction is a-go!"

----------------------------------------------

I swooped down, and barrelled straight into the flat roof of the Galra base, making a dragon sized hole.

I screeched, standing up, slightly disoriented from the crash, but immediately attacked some stunned looking Galra.

I managed to knock them out, and thundered down the hall, making as much noise as possible.

"We're in." Nunarae said.

"We can hear that." Keith said.

They all still seemed hesitant of my idea, but there wasn't any other plans. Or no good ones, at least. It took basically the whole day to convince everyone to  go with my plan, as it was now the evening.

I crashed into walls, and dug my claws into glowing lights, destroying everything I could. I managed to knock out most of the Galra, avoiding killing anyone or injuring anyone badly.

Galra soldiers came at me left and right, burning and stinging me with blasters and tazers, but I easily recovered from it. Their attempts to overwhelm me seemed to be a failure at the moment.

I snapped at one soldier, while I kicked another one, sending them flying and flailing into their fellows. I hissed flames.

"We've found the first prisoners." Pidge announced.

I kept destroying things and sending Galra into comas until I knew that I would be safe in human form. I transformed back, and began running through the halls.

"Hey guys. I'm back." I claimed.

"What? Are they all dead already?" Lance asked.

"Not dead. Napping. Anyways, I'm pretty sure that if more go to the area, they'll be looking after their fellow comrades other than worrying where the dragon went. Most would assume that it's dead or gone." I smiled, and felt stupid for doing so, as I was alone.

"Smart." Shiro commented.

"I do try."

There were some audible laughs from the Paladins.

I ran around the halls for awhile, hearing the Paladins rescue prisoners and make comments to each other. Occasionally, Nunarae joined in, but I remained silent.

I stumbled through the maze of purple before hearing a distant voice echoing throughout the halls. I followed it, until it was loud and clear.

"ARE YOU SMILING!? WHY DON'T YOU COME OVER HERE SO I COULD WHIPE THAT STUPID LITTLE SMIRK OFF OT YOUR DUMB FACE!"

That was definitely Lucy. I knew those threats from anywhere.

I turned into a dragon, and threw myself down the hallway, knocking out the guards and shredding the door. I stood face to face with my best friends, and let out a loud sigh of relief, accidentally releasing some smoke.

"You are late." Blitz announced.

"So unthoughtful. I thought we were your friends." Easton said, placing a hand on his chest.

"Oh, shut up guys. I'm tired. I also have a headache from all of Lucy's yelling." Greyson whined.

"We got all of the prisoners." Hunk informed.

"Good. We've got her friends." Nunarae answered.

The four idiots climbed onto my back, gripping onto my scales, and I made my way out after lots of explosions and running. I was soon in the air, circling the base, watching for the Paladins to get of there.
