I'm just kidding. I didn't actually die. That would've been ironic, though. Hero gets hurt, heads home all fine, then collapses, then dies. That'd be an interesting story to read.
Haha. Author isn't that mean.

Anyways... I'm just gonna climb down the fourth wall and continue with my cryo-sleep.
I was basically shoved into the healing pod, and the thing clicked shut, and hissed. Then it was dark.
And then the problems came up.
I opened my eyes, and knew I was dreaming almost immediately.
"Move." A deep, growlish voice snapped, and I was shoved forwards.
My heart was beating frantically, my throat closing up painfully. My legs somehow worked me forwards. My hands were tied behind my back.
Where was I going? What was I doing? Where was I?
I followed the voice's orders nonetheless, and listened to Nunarae's words of encouragement to me. It was difficult to hear in my moment of panic.
Was I going to die? Was I going to get hurt? Was someone else going to die or get hurt? What was happening? Where was my family? Where were my friends? They were going to rescue me, right? I was going to be safe.
But heroes never came as I was led through the halls. You'd expect me to fight, wouldn't you? To go beast mode? But I couldn't. I knew that it would be the worst idea in the entire universe.
I decided to try to internally map out the area. Right, right, fork left, left right right right, left left. Okay, recap. Right, right, fork... left, was it? R-right.. left? Left? Nunarae couldn't help me. Her magical way of knowing things seemed to be sapped.
I was led and shoved and poked this way and that, but I uttered no complaints. I wondered if they showed mercy to less annoying captives? I let my thoughts drift away for a moment.
We took another left, then walked forwards down the longest hallway in the known universe. The lights seemed to glare down at me, and made the purple guards purpler. The metal that made the ship looked to be black, but looked to be just a darker purple. I had a friend who would possibly love this place if it wasn't for the murderous purple fuzzy anthropomorphic hyenas.
Wow, that sentence was basically 70% purple.
My feet began to hurt. Well, my entire body hurt. My arms ached from being in the same position for so long. My legs hurt from moving so much. My torso hurt from being prodded too much. I was basically all kinds of physical pain in one.
Finally, I heard cheering up ahead. As if I was heading to a concert full of crazy fangirls.
I was pushed through an entrance way. It was an arena.
The guards took off my bonds, and shoved a sword in my hands. I was prodded forwards with a blaster gun, which wasn't that pleasant, and I stumbled into the arena, almost cutting my foot with the sharp blade.
I heard a roarish scream, and one of the purplish anthro dogs stepped forwards, but it was different. Lots of metal, lots of painful looking things. His face was twisted in a permanent sneer. And I immediately knew.
I was going to die.
