"I still don't understand." I sighed.

Nunarae huffed. (B/n) was pacing. We were all currently in my room, the door locked. I made sure that there were no cameras. Nothing that could spy on our conversation. We were all talking about why everyone was so disrespectful towards (B/n). He'd done nothing wrong and they just assumed that he was a bad guy. What in the world gave them the right?

"It won't matter once we're home."
(B/n) pointed out.

We'd been talking a lot about this too. I wanted nothing more than to go home. That was the same for bro and Nunarae. It's been difficult. We recalled memories from the past and all that sappy stuff. But the most important thing was the decision that we were going to go home.

This was a very unpleasant decision to make, might I add.

"That's true, I guess." I said.

"It'll get better." Nunarae reassured. Her spirit was possessing one of those boxes Pidge had made, and she was currently speaking to us through that.

"And if it doesn't?" (B/n) asked.

"Then we'll be long gone." Nunarae pointed out.

I sighed, flopping back on my bed. I was currently full of energy. Buzzing with adrenaline.

We'd come to the conclusion earlier that we were going to leave a note for the Paladins, and take off in a pod when they were all sleeping. I knew how to hack into trackers, due to me flying off in Galra spacecraft and not wanting them to chase me.

"I'm so bored." I whined. This was one of those moments where you get really excited for something you have to wait for, but you don't know what to do with your life until that point.

"Same." (B/n) said.

Nunarae muttered in agreement.

We'd already smuggled some things into my room, such as some of Hunks left overs from cooking, a few blaster guns and knives, and a load of clothing and extra armour.

We were all set.

We just had to wait.

Which was boring, which I'd voiced before.

I sat up, and stood to my feet, beginning to pace along with (B/n). The soft tick of my clock filled the now silenced room. It made me slightly drowsy, but my determination (blast from the past y'all) kept me running.

Finally, (B/n) spoke up.

"I think that we're ready to go."

I nodded, and Nunarae quickly returned to my ear piece. I placed my well thought out letter to the Paladins in my desk, which read;

Dear Paladins of Voltron, Allura, and Coran.
I'm safe. So is Nunarae and (B/n).
Not that you'd care about him anyways.
Currently, we are heading towards Echao, no matter what dangers that lie ahead. Don't try to stop us.
I mean it.
Anyways, I give you the best of luck in defeating Zarkon, and I hope you all make it back to Earth safely.
(A single tear has been shed for Shiro in season two)
And I give you the best of wishes and intentions.
Thank you for saving me and letting me stay.
I'll miss you all.
Sincerely,
(Y/n).

I quickly threw my bags over my shoulder, and slid the door open. I peaked out, looking in every direction.

I was relieved to see literally nothing.

No one was there.

*Cough* *cough* For once.

I waved for (B/n) to follow, and we snuck down the corridors, desperately trying to mask the echoing taps of our feet.

Finally, we made it to the flight deck of the ship. We crept towards a pod at the very end of the line, and opened the door. We threw our things inside, then climbed in. I was lucky enough to snatch the drivers seat.

"Ready to go?" I whispered.

"Always ready." (B/n) confirmed.

I grinned, and opened the flight decks door. I started the pods engine, and I sent us off into the vast expanse of the white speckled darkness that was space.
