Chapter 50: Had enough

~Thomas' POV

"Sino sila babe?" Tanong ni Ara sa akin using her very malambing voice. Ikinawit pa nya ang kamay nya sa braso ko for more effect. On my peripheral vision, I saw Arra and Alex rolled their eyes upon seeing Ara's gesture earlier.

"Friends, Ara. New found friends" I answered, trying to be as calm as possible.

"Wait thom, are you drunk or something? Ako si Arra. Right here, Thom!" Arra reacted and she even waved her hands right in front of my eyes. "Masyado mo naman yata akong iniisip!" She added. Tumawa naman ng bahagya si Alex and she threw Ara a smug look. Okay that was awkward.

"Oh! Ara rin pangalan mo? Nice! I'm Ara too. And no, Thomas is not drunk, assuming ka lang talaga. Nice to meet you by the way!" Sagot naman ni Ara and it's her turn to throw Alex and Arra a smug look.

"A-are you?" Pautal-utal na tanong ni Arra na mukhang napahiya sa sinabi ni Ara. Now this is confusing!

"I'm Thomas' girlfriend. Ara Galang" Ara politely introduced herself and offered a hand-shake to Arra.

"Arra Jasmine Imperial" Arra plainly replied and accepted the handshake.

"So, may seats ba kayo? May vacant pa sa amin. I'm good enough to offer you those seats!" Masiglang sabi ni Ara. I was momentarily shocked with her offer. Why on earth would she do that if on the first place galit na galit sya kanina nang malaman nyang tinulungan ko si Arra?

"Wag na—" Arra said but was obviously cut off by her friend, Alex.

"Sure! That's very nice of you, Ara!" Alex said. Bahagya pa syang tiningnan ng masama ni Arra pero nginitian lang nya ito.

"Tara na! You would love to meet our friends!" Ara cheerfully said as she started to walk, hands still clinging on my arms.

"Alex, why did you agreed?" I heard Arra scolding Alex, pabulong lang yung pagkakasabi nya but it's loud enough for me to hear.

"Isn't it obvious? For fun, Arra. After all, we're her to have fun." Alex replied. Now, I don't like where this so called 'fun' is heading.

"You're insane" Inis na sabi ni Arra pero tinawanan lang sya ni Alex.

"Yeah right" Sagot ni Alex saka hinila si Arra para masundan kami.

"Wait Ara, your nachos" I said as we were walking. Nawala bigla sa isip ko yung nachos na pinapabili nya. You can't blame me, masyado akong occupied sa pwedeng mangyari sa kanila ni Arra.

"Nevermind. Di ko na pala gusto ng nachos, gusto ko na ng inihaw na hindot" She meaningfully replied as she gave Arra a glance. Goodness! Bigla akong kinabahan dun.

"Hi Jeron! Hi Mika! We're back!" Masiglang bati ni Ara kay Jeron at Mika na kasalukuyang nagtatawanan. Looks like the two are having so much fun. Ang unfair naman yata, Ang saya nila samantalang ako halos mag-collapse na sa sobrang kaba.
