"Next." a teacher said.
Little Angels Kindergarten was having a Christmas party at their school.
They hired a Santa Claus to listen to every kid's wishes for Christmas and give them hope that everyone should be happy at during the special holiday.
They placed a huge chair for Santa at the center of a stage-like platform just a few meters away from other kids that were waiting in line for their turn.
"Ho! Ho! Ho! Hello, child. So, what do you wish for Christmas?" the Santa asked.
"I-I just wi-wish to have a fa-family for Christmas." the little girl said.
The portraying Santa Claus was caught off guard. He wasn't expecting a five-year-old kid to wish something like this.
All other kids wished for new shoes, new toys, new dresses and such, but this kid was different.
"What's your name, kid? Don't you have a family?" the Santa asked worriedly.
"My name is Alyssa. I have a family, but mommy and daddy isn't always home. They're always busy with work." the little girl said with eyes almost tearing up.
"Then I will make a wish for you to have a complete family someday and celebrate Christmas together for the rest of your life." the Santa smiled.
"But, you're Santa. You're supposed to make wishes come true." the little Alyssa said.
"I have a secret to tell you. There's someone that is way powerful than me." the Santa said which made Alyssa look at him with awe.
"His name is Jesus." the Santa continued.
Little Alyssa just nodded and thanked the Santa and went on her way with the other kids who finished talking with Santa.
"Next."
"Ho! Ho! Ho! Hello, child. So, what do you wish for Christmas?" the Santa asked.
The little girl looked at someone from the group of kids who were eating after speaking to Santa; one particular kid.
The little girl leaned to the Santa's ear and whispered her wish.
The Santa's eyes widened and was again, caught off guard. He looked at the kid that the little girl was referring and saw that it was the kid he just had a talk a while ago.
The Santa laughed and smiled genuinely at the little girl on his lap.
"Are you sure?" the Santa asked.
The little girl grinned and nodded vigorously. The Santa just chuckled at her, he couldn't believe what he has heard from the little girl but he doesn't want to ruin her wish.
"Why don't you start your mission now? Go talk to her." the Santa said with a smile.
The little girl's face lightens up like she got the best gift ever.
"Thank you, Santa!" the little girl exclaimed before jumping off of him.
The little girl went near the girl she was looking since the party started. They weren't classmates but she usually stalks this little girl because she wants to be friends with her.
"Hi. What's your name?" the little girl beamed.
"Hello. My name is Alyssa." little Alyssa replied.
"Hi, Alyssa. I want to be your friend." little girl grinned.
