"Nakakainis ka! You never listen to me!" Mika screamed her lung out inside the room.

"Mika, babe, I always do," Alyssa said calmly.

"No! No, you don't," Mika retorted, "You're not even listening to me right now!"

Alyssa ran her fingers through her hair in exasperation. She took a deep breath and sat down on the edge of their bed.

"Mika."

Mika jabbed a finger at the other girl, "No, Alyssa Valdez. Huwag mo 'kong ma 'Mika-Mika'."

She paced a few steps before looking at Alyssa again.

"Makinig ka sa'kin ha; you have not been paying attention to me, you come home late every day and you're always on that stupid phone of yours!"

Mika sharply sucked in air through her gritted teeth as she looked at her girlfriend who was rather calm.

"I.. I.. Ugh! Gusto kong sunugin 'yang cellphone na 'yan!" Mika exclaimed as she curls her fingers into fists.

Alyssa looked at her girlfriend in bewilderment with a little bit, just a tad, amusement. What has gotten into this girl?

"Buntis ka ba?" Alyssa asked randomly.

Mika paused, stunned at the question, "What? No!"

"Then why are you so angsty, babe? Daig mo pa buntis ah," Alyssa said, suppressing a chuckle.

"What did you say?" Mika furrowed her brows.

Fury just seems to keep flowing through the already agitated tall girl, and Alyssa just cursed herself for fuming her girlfriend even more.

"So ngayon I'm only allowed to be angsty if I'm pregnant? My feelings are valid, Alyssa. Hindi ko kailangan maging buntis to validate my feelings! Who do you think you are, telling me that, Alyssa Valdez?"

Mika was out of breath after saying that, Alyssa was felt her jaw dropped on the floor.

She frowned and extremely confused, "Babe, that's not what I meant!"

"That's exactly what you meant, Alyssa! And don't you dare ask me kung I'm PMS-ing either dahil hindi rin niyan mava-validate ang feelings ko, you understand?!"

Alyssa, exasperated as she was, buried her face in her hands before swinging up to her feet and comes closer to her girlfriend, "Babe, listen to me."

"No Alyssa, you listen to me!" Mika bit back.

"Oh my god!" Alyssa lifted her hands in defeat and paced around the room, trying to calm herself down.

This is going nowhere, Alyssa thought.

"Hoy, Valdez! Do not 'oh my god' me!"

Alyssa finally found some peace at a corner of the room and pinched the bridge of her nose, still trying to calm down.

"Okay, okay. Sabihin mo nga sa'kin, what's bothering you, babe?"

"You've been neglecting me! That's what's bothering me, Alyssa!" Mika countered.

"Bea is getting married, babe. She's my sister and I have to arrange for the reception, flowers and everything, alam mo naman 'yun, di'ba?" Alyssa replied calmly.

"Oh, okay. So your sister is getting married, then what about us, huh, Alyssa? Ikakasal na rin tayo in a year, hindi ba?" Mika crossed her arms on her chest.

"But babe," Alyssa trailed off, "A year is still a long time. Matagal pa naman 'yun."

"Oh, so kung ikakasal na tayo next week, would you have ignored your sister then?" Mika raised her eyebrow.

"Huh?" Alyssa's face can't even be drawn.

"Yeah, right. Huh, di'ba?" Mika mocked.

"What are you even talking about? Kailangan ni Bea ang tulong ko right now!" Alyssa raised her voice a bit than she intended.

"Oh, tapos? Paano naman ako? Would your sister not need me when you're getting married later?" Mika asked, which made Alyssa frown even more.

"You. Are. Not. Making. Any. Sense." Alyssa ran a hand on her hair for the nth time.

"I'm making perfect sense! Hindi mo lang ako pinakikinggan!" Mika shouted again, for the nth time.

"Oh my fucking god!" Alyssa throws he hands in the air.

Mika walked closer to the bed as she picked up a pillow and forcefully throws it to her girlfriend, "Do not curse in my house, Alyssa!"

Alyssa, thanks to her reflexes, successfully avoided the pillow. She stood still as she took a deep breath, trying to reason out with her still-fuming-girlfriend.

"Babe, please understand. I—"

"Alam mo, umalis ka na lang. Get out of my house, Alyssa," Mika said firmly, "I want you out!"

Alyssa was stunned, "What? This is our house, babe. Bakit mo 'ko pinapalayas?"

"I don't care," Mika glared at her, "Would you let Bea kick you out of the house when you tell her to leave?"

"What?!"

Alyssa was dumbfounded as she clutched onto her throbbing head that was caused by her raging girlfriend, who is not making any sense whatsoever at all.

"Just leave, Alyssa. Take whatever is yours and just leave the house," Mika said coldly.

Alyssa just stood there, perplexed and confused, staring blankly at her not-making-any-sense-girlfriend.

"Okay!" Alyssa shrugged nonchalantly, "I'll bring what's mine at aalis ako sa bahay na 'to, ngayon din."

Mika was hurt of what she heard.

She was hurt that Alyssa didn't even made a move to let her stay, but she kept her cool and just looked away, little tears forming in her eyes.

Alyssa was just smirking as she proceeded to take her phone, her wallet, then put on her jacket and walked towards where Mika was standing.

Without even blinking, she scooped Mika up in her arms bridal style, and went straight for the door.

Frazzled at the sudden move, Mika choked out, "What the hell are you doing?"

"Sinunod ko lang ang sinabi mo. I'm just taking what's mine, babe," Alyssa chuckled, "Now shut up, we're going out for pancakes. Alam kong gutom ka lang."

Mika just pouted, but smiled eventually as she buried her face on Alyssa's neck.
