"I want a break up." Alyssa said the moment she got inside Mika's condo.
"Wha-what did you say?" Mika was baffled.
They've been in a four-year relationship when Alyssa suddenly called her and wanted to talk about something so serious that she wanted to talk about it immediately.
"Ayoko na, Mika. Pagod na pagod na ako." Alyssa said boringly.
"Please, don't say that, babe. I know you love me." Mika said while sobbing.
Alyssa was suppressing a sob herself but she remained unfathomed by Mika's pleading words. Mika tried to grab her arms.
"Don't be a fool, Mika. Hindi ako ang nararapat para sa'yo." Alyssa pulled her arms off Mika's grip.
"Babe, please. I love you so much." Mika hugged Alyssa so tight.
Alyssa remained standing and didn't even bother hugging Mika back. She let Mika hug her—for the last time.
"I'm sorry, Mika. I can't do this anymore. Nakakasawa na." Alyssa slowly pushed Mika away from her.
Mika, by her whole strength, kept on hugging Alyssa. Hugging her like her life depends on Alyssa.
"Please. Please, don't do this to me, Alyssa. I love you so much." Mika hugged her tighter. "I would do anything, babe. Just please stay. 'Wag mo 'kong iwan, please."
Alyssa's breath hitched at Mika's words, but her decision is final. She needs to set Mika free.
"I'm sorry—"
Mika cut her off by pressing their lips together. One long passionate kiss, Mika felt Alyssa's love and longing in that simple kiss.
She was hoping that a kiss might change her girlfriend's mind of leaving her.
Alyssa responded vigorously like it will be the last time she'll eve taste Mika's luscious lips.
"Please say that you love me." Mika whispered after breaking off the kiss.
Alyssa rested her forehead on Mika's and closed her eyes for a few seconds and opened it as she looked intently at Mika's eyes.
"Goodbye, Mika."

"Gago ka kasi! Ngayon maglalasing ka?! Sino ba may sabing iwan mo si Mika ha?" Ara said after punching Alyssa's face.
"Ara, tama na." Kim tried to stop Ara's second punch.
"Putangina naman, Alyssa! Nagparaya ako kasi alam kong ikaw ang mahal ni Mika! Tapos sasaktan mo lang siya ng ganito?! Gago ka!" Ara shouted as she landed another punch on Alyssa.
"Sa tingin mo ba ginusto ko 'to, Ara?! Sa palagay mo ba hindi ko mahal si Mika!? Mahal na mahal ko si Mika.." Alyssa trailed off.
"I love her so much na kailangan kong mamili." Alyssa started crying. "Kinausap ako ng mga magulang ni Mika."
Kim and Ara were dumbfounded. They knew Mika's parents weren't in favor of Mika having a relationship with a woman, especially like Alyssa.
Mika came from a well-off family, known for their chain of hotels and restaurant around the country.
