"Miks! Mikaaa! Wake up na, please."
I was woken up by the most beautiful voice on earth, even though I want to punch her in the face for waking me up early in the morning but I'd love to hear her voice more, so I pretended to be asleep.
"Mika Aereen, I know you're already awake!"
Oh I can hear the irritation in her voice, and that makes her voice even hotter. I stifled a giggle when she started to tickle me.
"Okay! Okay, I'm up." I said as I smack her hand.
I opened my eyes and her beaming face welcomed me. What a beautiful way to wake up, yeah? I'd kill for this moment every day.
"Where's my kiss?" I joked.
Well, I know she would fall for it so why not take an advantage?
Ang aga humarot, Mika Aereen ah. I chukled at my own thought.
"If I'll kiss you, we'll go na?" she beamed again.
I creased my eyebrow as I tried to remember where we were going today. Is it a special day today? It's not her birthday yet, so what?
I was thinking alone when I was interrupted by soft warm lips that touched my cheek. I feel like it got burned, she was grinning at me and I'm sure I'm red as a cherry.
"Saan ba tayo pupunta?" I asked as I stood up, avoiding her gaze.
"Kay Dennise!" she squealed, I almost puked at her excitement.
There goes my fantasy of waking up next to her, next to my best friend, Alyssa.
What's so great about my cousin that she has to see her right now? I tried not to roll my eyes at the thought.
"I miss her already." Alyssa pouted.
And I miss my best friend, I miss us. I retorted mentally.
"Bakit kailangan ko pang sumama, Alyssa? Kaya mo namang pumunta dun mag-isa. Gagawin niyo na naman akong chaperon." I almost choked; the pain in my heart was getting into me.
"Please?" she gave me the puppy-eyed look.
What the hell? Paano pa kita matatanggihan niyan?
"Andun naman si Ara, so you won't be bored." Alyssa said oblivious of my pain.
I sighed as I shake my head in defeat. I can't bear not to give her what makes her happy, even if it's not me.
Martyr mo 'to.
"Okay, maliligo at magbibihis lang ako. Kainis ka." I went directly at the bathroom after she was about to hug me.
Damn, she was so happy.
"I love you, Mika!" she shouted happily after I closed the door.
Damn you. I love you, too.

"So, the other chaperon is here pala." Ara greeted me with a peck on my cheek.
"Third wheeling alone is boring, you know." I smiled.
"It doesn't reach your eyes." Ara whispered, referring to my smile.
"Buti ka pa napapansin mo," I glanced at Alyssa. "unlike her."
Where did we go after waking me up early in the effin' morning?
First, we went to Ally's for breakfast. It took us almost three hours just for breakfast because of all the lovey-dovey and giggling that almost made me gag.
