The sun was setting over the Kremlin.

Ravil was grappling with finding an explanation for Nazar's absence. Truly, he felt guilty. He really hadn't even given Nazar a proper burial. The poor young man seemed to deserve a place in the Kremlin graveyard among Alina and the greats, if they could even be considered great. Ravil sighed. How would he explain it all to Artem? How would Artem react? Once the explanations were taken care of, should Ravil move Nazar's body for a proper burial? It was a hell of an ordeal. Ravil wondered if Leopold knew about it- if the old man did, he hadn't mentioned it, causing quite a bit of apprehension on Ravil's end.

Ravil resolved to give Nazar a proper burial first. Then, the explanation part of the ordeal would be...easier, if "easier" could even be considered a suitable word for the situation.

Ravil brought his mind back to the present. He was sitting at his desk in the bedroom that he shared with Artem, who was fast asleep in the bed.

Ravil briefly shut his viridian eyes, opened them again, then stood and left the room. He sought out Nazar's original burial site and knew one thing: He had to fix this.
