The start of Gru's life with a wife and three adoptive children has been going out well. Just for now, though. As time travels from the past to present, life varies and so does relationships. Couldn't get enough of m...
One thing that really irritated me in DM2 was how Margo, Edith, and Agnes never called Gru "father" or "dad." It would make sense if they would him dad since it's been a year of their adoption. I kinda feel like they're probably uncomfortable, yet agaIN IT'S BEEN A YEAR! or, or they just got used to calling him by his surname. I don't know if you noticed but I do this in my writings just to follow how they talk. Yet it bothers me.
Now we have Gru, who calls them "girls" instead of daughters as shown above. At times it's appropriate to use the term girls, but then not really.
At the end, though, Agnes called Lucy mom. So would that mean that the girls waited until Gru got married JUST SO THEY CAN FINALLY CALL HIM "DAD" OR "FATHER?" I dunno I just felt like I needed to speak about this. I'm clueless with this situation, but as long as they call Gru "dad" or "father" in DM3 I'll be a happy child.
