Gotten Over It

You've neglected me for so long

Tested my strengths till I'm no one

But I just stopped feeling without a care

No idea how I'm going to get to there

All these times

You've lied

While I tried

To make things right

For once in our lives

But it showed

While she glowed

That no one

Could care less about it

But that was the only thing I ever needed

To stay strong and believe in the good possibilities

But to do that, I'd need

The missing puzzle piece

And I thought that you were

But that was blown out of proportion for sure

So while you're off with her, I'm here alone

I couldn't give a damn anymore, life was never set in stone

No red stains on the tiles

No remembering the smiles

Don't need you anymore

I've opened up another door

I see my strengths now

Never giving up

Never backing down
