Chapter 21

{Esmeralda's POV} 

I felt Chris gently nudging me I woke up and looked at the clock it was going on 5 am I rolled over and looked at Chris, he looked at me and smiled. 

"Babe what's the matter?" 

"I'm in the mood for you." 

"You can have me in a couple of hours go back to sleep or go take a cold shower." I said with a yawn. 

"That doesn't really work you know." Chris replied with a laugh. 

"Can this wait until I am fully awake?" 

"Yeah." 

I rolled back over and felt Chris snuggle up behind me I went back to sleep I felt him toss and turn in bed I opened my eyes and sat up in bed I looked at him Chris looked at me and smiled. 

"You're not going to let me go back to sleep, are you?" I asked. 

"I tried to go back to sleep but I can't I'll go downstairs and play a video game until you wake up." Chris replied. 

"Chris, you don't have to go downstairs because I want to sleep, and you want to fool around with me this is our honeymoon, and we should be having sex." 

I laid back down in bed with Chris, he wrapped his arm around me I snuggled closer and laid my head on his chest he kissed my head I felt my cheeks get warm we fell back to sleep. When I woke up, I gently slid out of bed so I wouldn't wake Chris, I got dressed I put on a Misfits t-shirt, black jeans, and black Converse I walked into the bathroom when I was finished in the bathroom, I quietly left mine and Chris's room and walked downstairs I walked into the living room and sat down on the couch and watched TV. A few minutes later I heard Chris coming down the stairs he came into the living room he didn't look happy Chris left the living room and walked into the kitchen I walked into the kitchen Chris was sitting at the table drinking a cup of coffee I joined him at the table and held his hand. 

"What's the matter my love?" I asked worriedly.

"It's nothing." Chris said. 

"I know something is bothering you babe." 

"My mother called me a few minutes ago and asked me if we wanted to sleep over at the house the night before Thanksgiving." 

"Babe I don't see what's so bad about that because I know your super close with your family." 

"I have a feeling my mother will embarrass me in front of you." He replied. 

"I don't think your mother will embarrass you in front of me. Has your mother ever done that to you in the pass with your pass girlfriends?" I said. 

"No." 

"I don't think your mother would start now." 

Chris and I are sitting on the couch together I am watching him play Halo, I snuggled up beside him, he wrapped his arm around me and kissed my head I draped my arm across him and snuggled closer to him. 

"Baby can I ask you something." Chris said. 

"Sure, babe you can ask me anything." I replied. 

"Are you still taking birth control?" 

"Yeah why?" 

"I was just wondering." He explained. 

"You're not ready for a family yet?" I asked. 

"I would love to start a family with you but not right now because I want to experience married life with you a little longer before we have kids."
