Chapter 46

{Chris's POV} 

When I woke up Esmeralda wasn't in bed, I got up out of bed and checked the bathroom she wasn't there I left the bathroom and raced downstairs I walked into the living room and saw Esmeralda sitting on the couch I joined her on the couch. 

"Are you okay?" I asked worried. 

"Yeah, I'm fine." Esmeralda said. 

Esmeralda looked at me and smiled I smiled and kissed her I walked into the kitchen and made myself a cup of coffee and fed Binx and Creature, I grabbed my coffee mug and walked back into the living room I sat back down on the couch with Esmeralda, she was on her laptop looking at baby cloths. 

"Can I dress our daughter in Philadelphia Flyers, Tampa Bay Lightning and Pittsburgh Steelers?" 

"You can dress her in Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Lightning." 

"What about dressing her in the Flyers?" I asked. 

"We're not dressing our daughter in the Flyers because they suck." Esmeralda said teasingly. 

I looked at her and smiled and kissed her cheek when I was finished drinking my coffee, I took my empty mug into the kitchen and washed it up I left the kitchen and walked upstairs to mine and Esmeralda's room and got dressed and walked into the bathroom. I walked back downstairs and sat beside Esmeralda on the couch she was looking at baby clothes with the Washington Capitals on it I helped Esmeralda put her shopping order in. 

"Babe, I bought a few outfits for our daughter with the Flyers and Lightening on it." 

"Baby, you didn't have too." 

"I wanted to because it wouldn't be fair to dress her in the Capitals and not the Flyers and Lightening." She explained. 

I smiled and kissed her cheek Esmeralda shut down her laptop and sat it on the coffee table she was gently rubbing her stomach I placed my hand on her stomach and felt the baby kicking I leaned down and kissed her stomach. 

"I love you, Esmeralda." 

"I love you too, Chris." 

I grabbed Esmeralda's lap top and turned it back on she put in her password Esmeralda and I went shopping for more things for the baby I showed Esmeralda a outfit with the Steelers she looked at me and smiled. 

"Can I get the outfit?" I asked. 

"Babe, you don't have to ask if you can get a Steelers outfit for our daughter but just remember don't get her a jersey yet because she will outgrow it." Esmeralda said. 

"Did you want to get a few outfits with the Washington Redskins for our daughter?" 

"Sure."

Esmeralda was looking at outfits with the Washington Redskins when she was finished, I filled out the order information and finished checking out when I was finished checking out, I shut down Esmeralda's laptop and took it back into my office. I walked back into the living room and heard Esmeralda in the kitchen I walked into the kitchen and walked over to her and kissed her cheek she looked at me and smiled. 

"If you don't feel like cooking you don't have to." I said. 

"I don't mind cooking dinner." Esmeralda said. 

Later on, that night Esmeralda and I were snuggling on the couch listening to the CD that she made me for Christmas we were listening to Korn, Esmeralda kissed me and walked upstairs to our room. I stopped the CD and took it out of my laptop and shut down my laptop and took it back to my office I walked back into the living room and turned off the lamp I walked upstairs to mine and Esmeralda's room I walked into the room and climbed into bed and snuggled up beside Esmeralda and fell asleep.
