Chapter 27

{Esmeralda's POV} 

When I woke up my back was pressed against Chris's chest, I could hear him softly snoring I tried to gently crawl out of bed without waking Chris, he gently pulled me back to him I rolled over facing him. Chris pressed his lips against my forehead I kissed him softly he smiled against my lips and playfully bit my bottom lip. 

"Puddin, are you going to let me get up so I can get ready to hang out with Ryan Ashley?" 

"Stay in bed and snuggle with me." 

"When I come home from hanging out with Ryan Ashley, you can have me all to yourself I promise." I said. 

"You have yourself a deal." Chris replied with a smile in his voice. 

I climbed out of bed and got dressed I put on a Marilyn Manson t-shirt, black jeans, and black converse I brushed my long jet-black hair and pulled it up into a high ponytail I walked into the bathroom. When I was finished in the bathroom, I grabbed my Jack Skellington motto jacket out of the closet and put it on I grabbed my Harley Quinn purse and walked downstairs I walked into the kitchen Chris was making coffee I walked over to him and gave him a quick kiss. 

"Have breakfast before you go." 

"I'll get something to eat while I'm out." 

"Okay be safe and have fun with Ryan Ashley." Chris said. 

"I'll be safe, and I will see you when I come home." I replied. 

Chris smiled and wrapped his arms around my waist I wrapped my arms around his neck he leaned down and kissed me passionately he held me close my cheeks were getting hot when we came apart Chris looked at me and smiled, I blushed even more. I left the house and climbed into the SUV, I put the key in the ignition and started the engine I drove away when I arrived at Strange and Unusual, I parked the SUV in front of the store and killed the engine. I grabbed my purse and climbed out of the SUV, I walked into Strange and Unusual, Ryan Ashley was talking two other girls she signaled me over I walked over to them. 

"Esmeralda this is Kylie she is dating Ghost, and this is Jamie she is dating Ricky." 

"Hi. Kylie and Jamie, it's nice to meet you." 

"Hi. Esmeralda it's nice to meet you too." Kylie & Jamie said. 

"Esmeralda come on back to my tattoo studio and I will finish your tattoo sleeves." Ryan Ashley replied. 

I followed Ryan Ashley to her tattoo studio I took off my jacket and laid it on a chair along with my purse I sat down in the chair and let Ryan Ashley finish my tattoo sleeve she also tattooed my hands. 

"Alright my dear your tattoo sleeves are finished, and I also tattooed your hands as well." 

"Thanks Ryan Ashley the tattoos are amazing I love them so much I can't wait to show Chris." 

"Speaking of Chris, Josh told me that you and Chris aren't legally married I am really sorry to hear that." Ryan Ashley said. 

"It's okay Chris and I are just going to get married at the courthouse instead of having a big wedding." I explained. 

I grabbed my jacket and purse and followed Ryan Ashley out of the tattoo studio Kylie and Jamie were sitting on the floor petting a solid black kitten the kitten walked over to me I knelt down and picked it up I fell in love with it. 

"Who's kitten?" 

"We don't know the kitten doesn't have an ID tag or flea collar Jamie and I found the kitten walking around outside and we brought it inside so it wouldn't get hurt."
