Chapter 31

Park Areum's POV
I'm now in the kitchen making breakfast. I placed the bacon and eggs on the plate and turned off the stove. I took my plate and started eating. After I finished eating, I went to the sink and washed the dishes. After that, the doorbell rang. Who could be it this time? I wiped my hands first and made my way to the door. Once I opened it, I was greeted by no other than BTS.  "Hi Areum" they greeted me. I greeted them back and welcomed them to my house. "Did you guys had your  breakfast already?" I asked. They all smiled and nodded. "So what brings you here guys?" I asked. "Well, we came here with this... " Suga started and took out a box. "What's  that for?" I asked. They all smiled excitedly then Suga continued. "Well we decided to do some exchange gifts. And we thought why not include you? So yeah,  we'll be giving our gifts before we go to school for prom." Suga explained. I smiled. "Sounds like a good idea to me. So what are we waiting for? Let's get started!" I said. Suga put the box down and all of us picked a small paper with the name of the person who we're going to give a gift. I unfolded the paper and saw that I picked J-hope. I looked at the boys that are laughing and goofing around. They really look happy together... "Well, since that's done, why don't we go to the mall and buy our gifts?" I suggested. They thinked about it for a moment before agreeing. I told them to wait for a moment while I go change since I already took a bath. I just wore some black leggings and an oversized sweater and some converse high.

We're all in the mall right now, and we decided to go in separate ways first because if we did in pairs,  there's a high chance that one of us will end up with the person we picked. So I entered a store and looked if there's anything that I could give to J-hope. Then I saw a green snap back. Hmm, he once said that he likes green. Plus they like snap backs. I decided to buy it. I went out of the store and walked around. I should also buy gifts for the others... First, Jungkook. I went to a store where they sell cameras and films. Jungkook mentioned he likes taking pictures, so I decided to buy him some films for his camera. Now for Jin.. He loves pink right? And Mario? I'll go and buy him a Mario stuffed toy instead. For Suga, I bought him a pillow hahaha but it's not just any pillow. The pillow has the word SWAG on it. For Rapmon, I bought him some sunglasses. For Jimin,  hahahahahahaha I decided to buy him some jams hahahaha I can't wait to see the look on his face. I suddenly sighed when I remembered what happened last night.. You gotta chill Areum.. Both of you just got carried away okay? It's nothing serious. It's not like he's your first kiss right? I shook my head and decided to look for something to give to V. Then I saw an alien stuffed toy. I laughed a bit when I saw it since it really made me think of V. Now one last person.. Park Bo Gum... Now what should I give to that guy... I thought for a moment and remembered that he once requested to make him his favorite cupcakes. I'll just give him that since he likes my recipe. I went out of the store and started walking to find a bench. My hands were full of shopping bags. All of a sudden someone snatched one of the bags in my hand. "Yah!" I shouted. It turns out it was V. "You're lucky I didn't hit you." I said. He just chuckled and grabbed my free hand. "So,  do you have a partner for prom?" I asked. He just shook his head in response. "Why don't you ask Minji? I think... She likes you... " I said. I don't know why but.. There's a part of me that disagrees with what I just have said. I'm not jealous right?  Right?! I mean why would I be jealous?! "Minji is my ex girlfriend.." V said. Ahhh so she's his ex...  Wait.. What?! "W-wait.. So you're telling me that Minji, Lee Minji,  is your ex? No wonder you don't want her to be your partner for the prom.." I said in shock. Before I could ask further, the others came back with the gifts they've bought. After that they walked me home and went to their dorm. I stayed up late for a bit and wrapped my gifts for the boys. And once I was done, I went to sleep.
