Park Areum's POV
After Jimin made sure all his things were in his bag, we decided to leave. "Oh wait! I forgot my phone inside Namjoon hyung's office. I was charging it. I almost forgot. I'll be real quick." Jimin said. "No problem. I'll wait." I said. Jimin then went back inside to the practice room to get his phone. After a few seconds he came back. "Let's go." He said as he held my hand. There were still a few staffs inside the building so we're still safe. By the time we turned to the corner, we spotted the elevator about to close. So me and Jimin rushed towards the elevator. "Wait!" Jimin shouted. Fortunately, the person pressed the button so we are able to get inside. "Thank you for holding the-" I stopped talking when I saw who the person we were with inside the elevator. "V? What are you doing here? Didn't you left with Serena and the boys earlier?" Jimin asked.
Kim Taehyung's POV
After I saw Jimin and Areum on the practice room, I decided to leave. Before leaving I decided to buy banana milk on the vending machine. As soon as I got it I headed towards the elevator. I hung my head low since I was still exhausted and stressed out from the fact that Minji is still upset. The elevator was about to close when I heard someone shout "wait". I didn't bother to look at the person and just pressed the button so they could enter. I sighed and started at my feet until the person spoke. "Thank you for holding the-" I looked at the two of them only to see that they have the same shocked face that I have. "V? What are you doing here? Didn't you left with Serena and the boys earlier?" Jimin asked. I avoided my eyes and cleared my throat. "I uh.. I forgot something so I came back to get it." I said. Jimin only nodded before turning back to Areum. Both of them have their backs on me. That's only when I noticed their hands. I sighed and remembered Minji. What should I do?? We soon reached the ground floor. "You don't have someone to pick you up?" Areum asked. I mentally rolled my eyes. "Why do you need to know? It's not your business. I'm not your business." I said. I saw Jimin glaring at me but I just shook it off. Areum scoffed before speaking. "I know. I never said you were my business-" "Then stop coming back! Haven't you moved on yet?!" I shouted. It's a good thing there was no one around at the moment. "My goodness V! Where the hell did that came from?!" Areum hissed. "Can't you try to be more professional? I know we didn't end well but at least try to be civil for crying out loud! I'm not butting in because I haven't moved on. I'm butting in because your group are my friends. You guys are receiving death threats. It will only be right if I send you and Jimin back to the dorm safely. You don't even have someone to pick you up!" Areum said while glaring at me. She did have a point but still. "Are you done talking? Look, I don't care. I can call someone to pick me up. I'd rather be kidnapped than to be stuck in the same car as you." I spat. I saw Jimin wanted to have a go at me but Areum stopped him. "Don't. Let's go Jimin." She said as she dragged Jimin with her. All of a sudden she stopped but she didn't turn around. "If you want to go by yourself so badly then make sure you come home immediately. But if anything happens, which I hope doesn't happen.. Don't blame it on me." Areum said before leaving with Jimin. Jimin gave me one last glance before shaking his head. "Come on man, just get inside the car. I don't want the others to worry. It's just a short ride do just get inside." Jimin said. I sighed and ruffled my hair. "Fine! I'll go! Geez!" I said and made my way towards the back of the car.
The drive from the company to the dorm takes about 15-20 minutes. More if there is heavy traffic which fortunately isn't present right now. During the ride it was quiet. The radio wasn't even on. My banana milk was already empty. After a few minutes, Areum spoke. "Are you guys wearing your seatbelt?" "Yes." "No." Jimin and I spoke simultaneously. "Well buckle up then. And whatever happens, don't remove your seatbelt until I say so." Areum said seriously. Both me and Jimin looked confused as hell. "Why-" me and Jimin were about to ask but Areum cut us off. "Just do it! Now!" Areum said before stepping on the gas making the car speed faster which made me and Jimin grip on our seatbelt.
Park Areum's POV
By the time V got inside the car, I started the engine. When I started the engine I noticed a black car not too far away from us. I eyed it from the side mirror before driving. After 10 minutes I noticed that the car was indeed following us. Whenever I increased or decreased my car speed it does the same. "Are you guys wearing your seatbelt?" I asked. "Yes." "No." Jimin and V spoke simultaneously. "Well buckle up then. And whatever happens, don't remove your seatbelt until I say so." I said. Why-" they were about to ask me but I cut them off. "Just do it! Now!" I said before stepping on the gas. This is gonna be a hell of a ride. While driving I remembered when I almost got kidnapped. A black van was following me that time. It could be possible that the person who ordered those guys to take me is the same guy who ordered the one who's following us right now. I need to get these two to safety before it's too late. "Are the GPS on your phones activated?" I ask while driving.with speed. It's a good thing there weren't much cars here. "If it's on, turn it off right now. Save all your contacts on your phone and not in your sim. After that remove your sim from your phone and throw it. If you want to live just do it." I said. Good thing they did as I said and threw the sim out of the window. "My phone's inside my bag Jimin, get it and tell the boys we'll be a bit late. If they ask why, come up with an excuse. Don't tell what's happening right now." I said while increasing my speed. I looked at the rearview mirror only to see that the car was still chasing us. Shit. "Are you crazy?! Why is that car even chasing us?! What if something happens?! We should tell them!" V shouted in panic. Jimin was already panicking as well. "I have to agree with that Areum." Jimin said. "No. I don't know why that car is chasing us but we need to escape from it. We can't tell the others. Just trust me on this. We'll make it through this." I said while gripping on the steering wheel tightly.
