Park Areum's POV
A few days passed and like what Namjoon had said, they were really busy. Just by watching them in TV I can really see that their schedules are packed. Today's December 30 which means it's their last day and most especially, it's V-day. I watched them exit the stage and a new group entered to perform. I took my phone and texted Namjoon.

"Hi Namjoon, all of you performed really well!"

A few minutes later, my phone vibrated. He replied.

"Thanks Areum! By the way, it's V's birthday. We're planning to surprise him later."

I wish I could be there to surprise him too...

"Yeah I know, that's why I was wondering what time all of you will be able to come home. I'm planning to surprise him too."

"Aigoo you two are so sweet! We'll be home by 9pm. Anyways, see you later!"

What should I prepare?? I got up from the couch and went to the kitchen. Looks like I need to re-stock. I looked at the time and it was only 1pm. I still have enough time to go to the mall to re-stock my fridge and enough time to cook. I went to my room and changed my clothes. I took my keys and wallet and went to the mall.

I'm now in the grocery, pushing my cart to the vegetable aisle. I picked everything I need and pushed my cart to the cashier counter to pay all of it.

After I've bought the things I needed. I decided to stop by at Starbucks. I spotted an empty seat and decided to sit there. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to play some games on my phone when someone sat on the chair across mine. I looked up to see who it was. "Minji?" I said. She just looked at me and smirked. There's something really wrong with this girl... Oh right!!!! She's V's ex girlfriend. "Do you mind if I share a table with you?" She asked trying to act all innocent. I just looked at her with a straight face before replying. "Does it look like I have a choice?" I said and continued to play on my phone. "Awww why are you so mean to me Areum?" Minji said, still trying to look innocent. I mentally rolled my eyes. "Oh please Minji, stop with the "I'm an innocent girl" act. It doesn't suit you." Once I said those words, Minji smirked. "You're really smart Park Areum." She said. "What do you want?" I asked and put down my phone. "Oh it's actually very simple. I want you to stay away from BTS. Rather, stay away from V. He's mine." Minji said looking at me with a straight face. It was my turn to smirk this time. "And you seriously think that I'll do what you've just said? You must be stupid then." I said. She immediately shot me a glare. "You will listen to everything I say. I know everything about you Park Areum. Now what would BTS... Rather, what would V think if he finds out your little secret hmm?" Minji said while smirking. At some point I was a bit taken back but I didn't let her notice it. "Then what would be his reaction if he finds out that his ex girlfriend is a desperate little b*tch?" I said while smirking. Somehow it ticked her off. "Listen here b*tch. You don't know who I am. I can call someone right now to kidnap you. I'm a threat Park Areum. Keep that in mind." She said while glaring at me. If looks could kill I would've been dead right now. I laughed sarcastically. "Should I be scared? Look I have no time for your silly games okay?" I said. Then a waiter went to our table and gave me my coffee. I thanked him and he left. I stood up and took the groceries with me and put my phone in my pocket then took my cup of coffee. "Look what you've done Minji. You ruined my day and now I won't be able to enjoy my coffee. Here, why don't you have it instead?" I said and poured the coffee on her. I don't care if it's hot and if all of the customers are watching us right now. I smiled at her and was about to walk away when I remembered something. "Oh by the way Minji, you're not a threat. You're a FLIRT. Keep that in mind. Anyways I'll be going. Enjoy your coffee!" I said and gave her a smile then walked out of the cafe.

Once I got home I immediately took out all of the things I bought and started cooking. I even decided to bake V a cake.

I finished cooking around 8:30 pm since I prepared many foods. I mean there's 8 of us. I sat on the couch, completely tired. Cookie jumped on the couch and decided to lie on my lap. I petted him when the doorbell rang. I stood up to check who it was. It's them!! I opened the door and greeted them. They all have me a hug until I reached V. "Areum-ah!! I missed you!" he said and hugged me tightly. I chuckled. "I missed you too." I said and pulled away from our hug. "What are we waiting for?  Let's go inside!" I said. Once all of us were inside I motioned J-hope to do what I told him. "Hey guys, I'll be in the bathroom okay?" he said and excused himself. Not so long after J-hope left, the lights went off. All of us pretended to be startled.. Well.. Except for V. While the lights were off, I made my way towards the kitchen and lighted the candles on the cake I made. After I lighted the candles, I took the cake and went back to the living room and started to sing Happy Birthday. Once the song was finished, the lights went back on. And as expected, V was surprised. "You.. You made me a surprise birthday party for me?" V asked me while looking surprised and happy at the same time. I nodded and smiled. V immediately took the cake from my hands and placed it on the coffee table. And before I knew it, V was already hugging me. "Thank you Areum. You really made my day happier." He said while looking at me. "You're welcome TaeTae." I said and smiled back. "Yah! We don't want to ruin your moment but we're hungry already!" Jin whined. The rest of us laughed. "Okay okay, let's eat!" after I said that, all of them immediately ran to the dining room. This will be a long night. I shook my head slightly while chuckling a bit then followed them to the dining room.
