Chapter 84

Park Areum's POV

"Yah, be careful Do Hyun-ah." I said when Do Hyun ran to bedroom after I opened the door. The three of us just got back home after having dinner outside. "Aish that kid." I sighed as I pinched the bridge of my nose while Bo Gum just chuckled "Relax, he's just had too many sweets that's why he's hyper." Bo Gum said which made me throw a small glare at him. "And who's fault was it for giving him three scoops of ice cream?" I asked while crossing my arms over my chest while raising an eyebrow at him. Bo Gum just smiled before ruffling my hair. "Alright alright I'm sorry okay? But you can't blame me, Do Hyun is just too cute to resist." Bo Gum said as he made his way to the living room. "You go ahead and take a shower while I set the living room up." He said as he began to look through a list of movies. "Do Hyun-ah." Bo Gum called. "Ne appa?" Do Hyun asked while running towards him. "Wanna be the one to pick the movie we're gonna watch?" Bo Gum asked which made Do Hyun's eyes sparkle in excitement. "Really?! Can we watch Iron Man?" Do Hyun asked which made Bo Gum chuckle. "Of course we can." Bo Gum said as he set up the movie. "Alright, how about we get you washed up?" I said as I picked Do Hyun up and head towards the bathroom.

We were at the middle of the movie when I noticed the Do Hyun already fell asleep. I chuckled slightly before nudging Bo Gum to look at Do Hyun. "He's just like you. Falling asleep in the middle of the movie." Bo Gum teased which made me let out a playful scoff. "Whatever. You go ahead while I tuck in Do Hyun to bed" I said as I picked Do Hyun in my arms. Do Hyun nuzzled his head on my neck as I made my way towards his bedroom. I carefully laid him down on the bed and pulled the blankets over him. "Good night mommy.." Do Hyun whispered in his sleep which startled me a bit. I smiled and brushed his hair away from his forehead before planting a soft kiss on it. "Good night my dear Do Hyun." I whispered before standing up to leave his room.

I passed by the living room and noticed that Bo Gum was no longer there so I walked where his bedroom was and knocked on his door. "Can I come in?" I asked. "Just a sec!" Bo Gum said before opening the door. "Come in. Do you need something?" Bo Gum asked as he led me inside his room. "Not really. I just wanted to talk to you about something." I said as I sat on the bed. "Uh sure.. What's it about?" He asked as he made his way to sit on the chair. "I just want to thank you in Do Hyun's behalf for being the perfect father." I said while smiling at him. His eyes softened and gave me a small smile. "You know I would do anything for Do Hyun right?" Bo Gum said which made me smile even more. "I know. I would too." I muttered but loud enough for him to hear.

"Hey... Do you think it's time?" I asked and looked at Bo Gum. "Time for what?" Bo Gum asked with a confused expression. "Time to go back."

Third Person's POV

Three days have passed and the boys are currently practicing for their comeback. In the middle of their practice, their manager suddenly entered the room. "Alright boys, forget today's schedule and go home. We'll be attending an important party later." Manager Seljin said as he scrolled through the boys' schedule that was on his phone.

"What party are we going to exactly?" Namjoon asked. "Well, after your campaign, you guys have been part of the most influential people. And now they're hosting a party and we're invited." Manager Sejin explained.

"Hmm..Where is it gonna be held?" Hoseok asked. Manager Sejin looked back on his phone again before turning it off and putting it back in his pocket. "It will beheld at Lotte Hotel; Crystal Ballroom, around 8pm. I'll take care of your suits while you guys go ahead and rest.I'll pick you guys up at the dorm around 7." Manager Sejin said while the boys nodded in response. They all bowed at their manager before he left.

"I can't believe we've reached this far to have this kind of opportunity." Seokjin said before taking a drink from his water bottle. "Well what are we waiting for? Let's go home and rest. My bed is already calling for me." Suga said before yawning.

The rest of the members gathered together while Jimin and Jungkook were silently packing their stuff. As they were about to leave the practice room,Namjoon turned back to look at the two members who just kept quiet throughout the whole practice.

"You guys coming?" Namjoon asked the two. Jungkook and Jimin just stared at each other for a second before continuing to gather their things."I think you already know the answer to that." Jimin said without even sparing a glance at Namjoon. Namjoon just gave a forced smile and nodded. He took another quick glance at the two before leaving the room.

"Where's Jimin and Jungkook?" Hoseok asked once Namjoon got inside the van."They're still inside the building. Let's go." Namjoon said."They're not gonna ride with us?" Seokjin asked while Namjoon just sighed. "This has been going on for the past six years. Why are guys still expecting?" Taehyung said. Namjoon just shook his head before looking through the window. "Let's just go home."Seokjin sighed before driving.

Meanwhile,Jungkook and Jimin were on their way out of the building. While walking, Jimin couldn't help but to let out a huge sigh. "I don't want to go." Jimin said before pressing the elevator button. "Go where?" Jungkook asked as he turned to look at Jimin. "To the party." Jimin replied shortly. "Why?" "I just don't feel like it." Jimin muttered but loud enough for Jungkook to hear.

"Well I think we should go. It's a party after all." Jungkook said but Jimin just hummed in response.

Hours passed and the boys were now getting themselves ready for the party. The others were at the living room while Jungkook and Jimin were at upstairs in Jimin's room.

"Do we really have to go? I'd rather stay at home." Jimin sighed while fixing his necktie. "Well our manager said it is an important party right? Just enjoy the night hyung. You might even meet someone there if you know what I mean." Jungkook said while smirking and wiggling his eyebrows which made Jimin let out a scoff while smiling slightly.

"I don't have time for that Jungkook." Jimin said while running his fingers through his hair. "How about Sun Mi?" Jungkook asked. Jimin furrowed his eyebrows before turning around to face Jungkook."Sun Mi? Oh you mean Kyung Sun Mi?" Jimin asked while Jungkook nodded in return.

"Yeah we hangout but that's about it." Jimin said before turning around to face the mirror again. "Don't you like her? Even just a bit?"Jungkook asked while putting on his blazer. "Sun Mi is just a friend to me. Nothing more nothing less." Jimin said before walking towards the drawer to get his watch.

"Are you done?" Jimin asked. "Yup. You?" Jungkook asked back. "Mhm.Let's go then." Jimin said before putting his phone inside his pocket.

The party has already started and the boys were currently being interviewed by the media when all of a sudden, all of the attention of the reporters that were currently on BTS was stolen. Even the guests were all looking at the same direction the reporters were looking at. The boys turned around to look where the rest of the people were looking at and couldn't help but to be shocked.

There she stood in her long elegant dark red dress, her brown wavy hair flowing on her back,her bold red lips carved into a smile showing her perfect white teeth. Almost all of the guests have the same thought running in their mind, She's stunning. Flashing lights coming from the cameras started to decorate the room as she started to walk to find her table while constantly greeting and bowing at some guests. She was indeed the epitome of beauty and elegance. After all, it's already written on her name.

All eyes were on her as she made her way towards her table. And as if fate was playing with them, she was a table away from BTS. Soon enough, Jimin and her eyes met, and she gave him a short nod before turning her attention to the host of the party.

Jimin couldn't think properly; his mind was blank. He couldn't believe it. He couldn't believe that after six years, she'll be finally back.

"Areum's back." Jimin whispered to himself.
