Park Areum's POV
I was sleeping when I heard the doorbell ringing. I groaned and covered my head with a pillow. Just freaking let me sleep whoever you are. The person kept ringing the doorbell until I got annoyed. "Can't a girl get some sleep?" I muttered while making my way downstairs. Cookie immediate ran towards me the moment he saw me. "Good morning Cookie." I said sleepily. I opened the door only to see Jimin. "Well you're early." I said and went to back to the living room, leaving the door open for him to come in. "Was I too early?" Jimin said as he sat beside me on the couch. "It's 6:30 in the morning. But it doesn't matter." I said while yawning a bit. "Sorry if I woke you up from your sleep." Jimin said while looking guilty. I waved my hand telling him it's okay. "It's fine don't worry about it." I said. "Have you eaten breakfast yet?" I asked as I stood up to go to the kitchen. "Umm.. No." He said. "Okay. What do you want to have for breakfast?" I asked. "No need to cook. I bought some breakfast already." Jimin said as he held the plastic bag he was holding. I smiled and shook my head. "You go ahead. I'll just go and give Cookie his food." I said and went to get Cookie's bowl and filled it with his food. "Here you go you lil bundle of joy." I said as I placed Cookie's bowl on the floor. I went to the dining room and saw that Jimin already set up the table. I smiled and sat across from him. "So, do you have any plans for today?" He asked while we were eating. "So far.. None." I answered. "Good! How about we go outside and just take a stroll or go somewhere you like?" He suggested. "Sure." I said and continued to eat. While we were eating, my phone started ringing. "Excuse me for a bit." I said to Jimin and stood up and went to the living room to answer it. "Hello?" "Ah yes, good morning. May I speak to Ms. Park Areum?" The caller said. "Speaking. May I know who this is?" I spoke with formality. "I'm Mr. Song's secretary and he wants you in the company by 8 am." The secretary said. "Is that so? May I know why?" I asked. "He said he wanted to talk to you about something." The secretary replied. "Oh. Okay then. I'll be there. Thank you." I said and ended the call. I went back to the dining table and continued to eat with Jimin. "What was that about?" Jimin asked. "Nothing. Just needed in the company that's all." I replied. "Company? Wait... You work?" Jimin asked. "No. Not yet. Do you know Park Industries? My parents own them. And now, since they're gone.. I own it.. Well not yet. But soon." I answered. "Woahhhhh that's cool!" Jimin said which caused me to laugh a bit. "So when are you leaving?" Jimin asked. "At 8o'clock." I said. Jimin frowned a bit. "Does that mean we can't hangout?" He asked. "Well.. We could but that means you'll come with me later and wait for me inside the company." I said. "Am I allowed there?" Jimin asked. I laughed and nodded. "Of course you're allowed. If they refuse to let you in then they'll have to face me." I said while smiling a bit. "Alright then." Jimin said while smiling. After we finished eating, Jimin insisted to do the dishes and clean up the table while I go take a shower and change. "You know you could just leave those in the sink. I could wash them later when I get home." I said. "Aish. Don't worry too much. I can handle this. Just go do your thing yeah?" Jimin said while he pushes me slightly towards my room. "Aish. Fine." I said while playfully rolling my eyes.
