"Wakey wakey" I heard Alex yell jumping on my bed.
"What?" I groaned.
"Did they reply?" She asked.
"Yes" I said.
"Well what did they say?"
"I'm trying to sleep"
"What both of them?"
"No me, I'm trying to sleep. Just read them yourself" I said rolling over to go back to sleep.
"Haha what's your code?"
"2468" I said and felt her lean over to grab my phone. I went back to sleep.
"Ok time to get up" Alex said.
"Why?" I groaned.
"Because Dan and Phil are coming over in 2 hours" she said. I shot up.
"WHY ARE THEY COMING OVER?!"
"Because I invited them, well they think you invited them" I groaned.
"You're the worst" I muttered.
"You love me" she said getting up. I rolled my eyes. I got up and rushed down stairs.
"Ok my soulmate and his friend are coming over I need to make a good impression" I said to myself.
"Why don't you cook something? your good at that" Alex said.
"Good idea" I said and began cooking. I put the stuff in the oven and went upstairs. I had a quick shower and got dressed.

I walked back down stairs.
"How do I forget to turn on the oven" I groan and turn it on. I still need to make another batch with the left over mix. I sat there calculating it in my head. The second batch would be done 15 minutes after Dan and Phil are due to arrive. I went back upstairs and dried my hair before putting it up and putting on some make up. I slipped on my shoes and went back down stairs just as the timer dinged. I pulled out the cupcakes and put them on a drying rack before refilling the cupcake tin and putting it back in the oven. I waited for 5 minutes before placing the cooling cupcakes in the fridge.
"Mmmm smells good" Alex said.
"Thanks when these are done to you want to help decorate?" I asked as I began making the icing.
"Sure" she smiled. Soon they were cool enough to ice. We put some icing into piping bags and began icing them.
"This tastes good" I looked to see Alex eating one of the cakes.
"Stop it, its for Dan and Phil" I said.
"Relax its fine. It's only one cupcake" she said finishing it.
"No more"
"Promise" she said and we finished icing them. The others were ready to come out. I set them out to cool when I heard the doorbell.
"Shit shit shit how do I look?" I asked.
"You look great" Alex smiled. "Wait hang on" she grabbed the tea towel and wiped my cheek. "Icing" I nodded, took a breather and went and opened the door.
"Hello" the two boys said.
"Hello, come in" I said stepping to the side.
"Wow nice house" the one wearing a black t-shirt said. Um I think that's Dan.
"Thanks it not fully mine. I live with my cousin Alex" I said and on cue Alex slid into the room. literally slid. "This is Alex"
