Chapter 31

Zayns POV*

I threw my phone against the wall as it began ringing yet again. I clenched my fists around handfuls of my hair and sat down, resting my elbows on my knees.

This morning I had gotten a phone call from management telling me that Perrie and the rest of the girl group she was in, little mix, had just started their tour, starting in New York, in two days, when we would be there. They would be at a different venue to us of course but we gone through the past month with no hassle from her. Emily hated even talking about her and the rest of us were still angry.

She had been trying to phone me all morning and I hadn't answered, I really wasn't in the mood to talk to her. Knowing her she would pull a stunt, she was most likely still angry at me for ending things and still jealous of Emily for being around me all the time. That girl seriously has something wrong with her.

I hadn't told the boys or Emily yet and I know I needed to, but we had such a nice night last night and everyone was so happy so be going to America that I didn't want to ruin it.

I looked up and realised that I was sitting in the hallway of the hotel, my phone still vibrating on the floor opposite me despite the fact that I had thrown it at the wall.

I reached over and snatched it up off of the floor.

"What?", I snapped at Perrie through the phone.

"Nice to talk to you too", she scoffed, i narrowed my eyes even though she couldn't see me and she continued, "I just wanted to say that I had no idea you were going to be in New York at the same time as us, it was arranged months ago and it's just the way things happened, so don't worry, I'm not going to do anything."

Something in her voice sounded unconvincing and false. I didn't believe her at all.

"You're lying", I simply replied.

"Think what you want Zayn, but I'm not angry anymore", she was definitely lying, her voice was stern and shaky, angry.

"Just stop calling me and stay away from us, I don't want anything to do with you anymore", I said bluntly and hung up.

"You alright mate?" I looked up and saw Liam standing a few feet away from me, noticing my stressed position and frowning face.

"Perrie and the girls are starting their tour in two days, and they're kicking it off in New York. She said she won't come near us or do anything but I don't believe her, she sounded angry and like she wanted to get back at me for breaking up with her, I don't know what she's going to do Liam", I blurted it all out, not wanting to keep anything from him that might effect Emily.

"Oh", was all he said back.

"Yeah", I got up and we walked back into mine and Harry's room.

Everyone was up now, Emily had gone to get ready and the boys were all dressed and ready to go.

"We ordered pizza", Niall said, grinning.

I gave him a thumbs up and went to get changed out of my trackies.

While I was changing I heard Emily come back into the room wheeling her suitcase followed by Liam telling her that he would have done it and practically lecturing her about moving anything heavy while she was pregnant. I smiled at how protective he was of her and how much he loved her.

I got my own suitcase and wheeled it out to put it with they others.

We ate out pizza and made our way down to the tour bus. It was warm outside and I knew that it would be a lot hotter when we got to America, I was looking forward to the sun, Europe was warm but since it was only the beginning of May it wasn't sunny all the time unlike America where it's sunny pretty much everyday.

Emily had been going on about getting a tan and we could all tell she was excited about being in America.

Three hours later the six of us plus the rest of the crew were getting on the plane.

I had been planning on sleeping on the plane but I couldn't stop thinking about Perrie being in New York, after what she did to Emily I can't see this ending well.

Just before we took off I checked my phone and saw a text from Perrie. I opened it and my fists clenched as I read her words...

*you're right, I was lying. ;)*
