Chapter 64

Liam's POV*

The boys were all drunk and still drinking at eleven and all I could think about was going to bed. I was getting married tomorrow and I wanted everything to be perfect for Emily, that didn't mean my four best men having major hangovers at the wedding. While they were all distracted, laughing at something ridiculous that they found on the internet, I snatched the half full bottle of vodka off of the counter in the kitchen and tossed it out of the open window. I was all up for having fun and having a few drinks, but I was the only one considering the consequences of getting drunk and staying up late.

"I'm going to head to bed now, and you boys should consider it too, I don't want you all being complete messes tomorrow", I told them sternly.

"Sure, I guess you're right", Harry said, exchanging glances with the boys who all nodded in agreement.

I walked into one of the many spare rooms  in Zayn's house and changed out of my clothes before sending Emily a text telling her that I loved her and that the boys hadn't gone to crazy, I knew she would worry if I didn't. My tuxedo was hanging in its bag on the wardrobe and I thought of the events of tomorrow as I fell asleep.

Emily's POV*

I had been in bed for at least two hours now but I was yet to actually fall asleep. The babies were kicking like mad, making it impossible to get comfortable and I was worrying about what the boys were doing with Liam. On top of that I was nervous about tomorrow. Although I loved Liam and I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him, I was terrified.

My head was swimming with the possibilities of what could go wrong when there was a knock on my bedroom door. Eleanor popped her head round the door to see if I was awake before walking over and sitting down on the bed next to me.

"Nervous?", she questioned me straight away.

I nodded in response and she started stroking my hair.

"Everything will be fine, I promise. Tomorrow is going to be perfect Emily", she vowed.

"I hope so".

She stayed in my room until I fell asleep, just running her fingers through my hair, comforting me, being the incredible friend she always is.
