Ash's POV:
Finally arriving in the place I was born and raised at, We all got off the plane gathering our belongings and hiding behind bucket hats. "Boys!" We all froze believing that was one of our fans, to be honest it could be considered that, but it turned out to be my mother smiling happily our way.Her frantic waving her arms up high and her usual wide smile made my father smile widely at how she greeted us. We all stare as my father happily runs towards her. It had been months since we started the tour and neither my father nor I got to see or speak with my mother often.
(Time Skip)
We got back home safely our luggage's remained in the van because we all eventually got too tired to even want to get out of the van. "I'm so happy you are all back home! It's been too long and I really missed you guys so much!" My mother kept talking throughout the ride home, it was usual to hear her voice all over the house even in the shower she would be talking and singing loudly.
"I have prepared your outfits for tonight's dinner at the Yvonne's house hold, as your father has told you they invited us all to go and have dinner with them. You boys only have a few more hours until we head over to their place so please rest up for later!" Coming from families that got along well the boys moved in with my family and I and since we had enough space for several other people they all had different rooms to go into.
I laid down on the warmth of my bed, a feeling I so dearly missed the most. Covering my eye with the my right arm, I wanted to get enough sleep before anything else happened but guess my mother had other plans. She walked in and sat right on the edge of my bed.
"How may I help you?" I didn't uncover my eyes in fact I kept my forearm on them. There was a long quiet pause with neither of us talking. "Are you still mad about the whole thing?" She finally spoke up, when I uncovered my sight I saw her pouting like a child. "Well tell me this . . . Dressing me as a girl when I was only a kid, does that sound like it would end well?" I shot back ignoring her pouty face. She may be in her mid thirty's but she still acted like a child.
"Ash, I already told you we thought you were a girl to start off with! We had bought so much clothing for you that we didn't have enough to return them nor to get more at the time!" She protested trying to find a better way to lay it out for me. It was true when I was a fetus both my mother and father thought for sure I would be a girl, not even asking to reveal my gender at all. "I apologized to you then and I apologized to you everyday!"
A sigh left my lips, I was never one to actually get mad at her for anything even when she was the case for my hurting. "I'll leave you alone, please get dressed before the clock hits 7." With that she walked out of my bedroom leaving me alone in the room full of blue. I lazily sat up on my bed, my eyes trailing towards my desktop full of organized notebooks, writing utensils, and old books.
I slid off my bed and took a seat on the spinning chair, grabbing a hold of an old song book I use to write in before I went into tour. I had left a dried up flower inside a napkin as a bookmark, leading me towards an empty page. The white lines piece of paper brought my mind at peace. I didn't think much of what was going on around me and without a second thought I grabbed a pencil and began to write down lyrics.
'Because of you, I'm becoming ruined
I wanna stop, I don't want you anymore.' My fingered spun the pencil around them for a while before I continued to write.'I can't do it, this sucks . . . Please don't give me any excuses, You can't do this to me.' My mind wandered with different words coming to mind for the lyrics. 'All of the things you said are like a mask
It hides the truth and rips me apart
It pierces me, I'm going crazy.' My eyes trailed around the now used page full of lyrics poured into it."I hate this, Take it all away, I hate you" I thought out loud before writing the said words down on the notebook. Guess I was too caught up in my work I didn't notice the time was nearing seven until I glanced towards the clock, that's when I began to frantically get ready for the dinner.
(Another Time Skip)
We had arrived and were now exiting the car, I made sure to stay back for a bit not wanting to see come face to face with someone just yet. My mother knocked and was soon greeted by a tall female with a crazed styled purple hair, her smile suggested she was hoping we would come by in another hour or so.
"Welcome! Come inside! Come inside! Girls come downstairs already!" Everyone walked inside but I held myself back from entering even if it was just going to be for dinner I couldn't bring myself to do it. "I'll be with you in a bit." The ignored me too enchanted by the big resident. When the door was closed I walked around the front yard trying to get myself together.
Even as I'm talking to myself I could hear another voice coming from the back spiking my interests.
Serena's POV:
It had been a while since I finished preparing the meal for everyone but my work was no where to be completed, Jessie had assigned for me to get the house cleaned from top to bottom and to help choose an outfit for the girls.I adjusted the ladder on top the roof, I was suppose to clean the gutters but MiMi managed to escape my room from the window and was stuck on top of the roof. "Come here kitty kitty! Come here MiMi!" I made a few kitten noises hoping for it to catch the attention of the feline but to no avail. She ignored my calls for calls for her, I tried reaching out for her but my body was way too short to even reach to collect her.
"That's not how you get a cat." The sudden voice shocked me but I held onto the roof to prevent me from falling down. I ignored the voice and held my attention on the creature before me. "Are you one of Jessie's daughters?" I looked down at the person behind the voice when I did I came to see a male with chocolate brown eyes and midnight black messy hair. He let out a gasp before crossing his arms over his chest.
"I'm Jessie's step daughter. What about you?" In the dark his features were hidden from sight and since I was far away it made it even harder. He ignored my question and left just as he came, I didn't pay attention towards his rude leave and went back to trying to get MiMi back down.
