Serena's POV:
"Thank you very much Mrs. Ketchum!" Calem barged right in, his usual beanie was now being held onto and his hair was now messily all over the place, it was enough to break me out of character but I bit down on my tongue.

"Oh who are these girls?" From the corner of my eye I could see Dawn facepalm, his acting was no where near great. "They are Treasure, I'm sure you have heard of them?" Calem shakes all of our hands, winks at me before sitting near the boys. "I'm sorry I suddenly come in I needed a favor I didn't know you were busy with anything."

"You came at a wrong time." I was confused, with all the recalling memories I had of Ash, I saw him as kind and caring no where near as cold hearted as he is right now. "Aren't you suppose to be with your girlfriend?" Everyone's attention was on Ash, he leaned forward to directly speak with Calem. "W-What? M-my girlfriend? I don-"

"Pigtails!" His sudden rise in tone caused us give to jump, my eyes trailed Calem who was looking my way. "The annoying one." I almost spoke up about it until I saw the clenched fist of Calem's, his knuckles were turning white.

"I think it's best for you girls to head home, it's getting pretty late." Drew was trying to direct our attention from the quarreling duo. Behind my mask I was biting harshly on my bottom lips, almost chewing on it. Usually when you would see Calem's fists like that it meant something was going to go bad. I don't understand why, the insult was towards me but I didn't find it much of a bother.

I turned to look at the girls, their eyes all too knowing over what was happening. I understood what their orbs all were implying. "We can meet up some other time before the masquerade party." We all stood up and walked out the room before making our way down stairs. "Oh, you girls were here for only a while! What went wrong?" Delia walked out of the kitchen with a rag, drying them clean.

"Uh, An argument is going down upstairs with the boys and they asked us to go. Please make sure they are okay." I slightly bowed my head an an attempt to show my future gratitude. "I'll be on it, take care!"

Ash's POV:
"Serena, her name is Serena." Calem kept a calm and collected act, even while Treasure were gone now. "Can you just tell me what your actual problem is with Serena? Why do you really hate her so much to the point you insult her after so many years of not seeing each other? Weren't we all close?" I quickly turned to look at Gary before looking back at Calem. All four of us grew up together but somehow he was asking the questioning he should have asked her before.

"Boys is everything alright?" My mother popped inside the room, I couldn't just say anything that comes to mind at the time so I walked out, pushing past my mother.

Third POV:
"I have never been more confused then I am now, anyone mind explaining to me what's going on and why is it that he always gets mad when he sees Serena?" Paul finally spoke up about the topic, those who knew behind the story turned towards one another in an attempt to see who would open up first.

Delia, clicked her tongue before remorsefully making a face. "I take full responsibility for it and I have apologized several times every single time I am capable of both Ash's father and I made sure to ask for forgiveness every single time we can. I should have known this would leave a traumatic scar on him." She began to fill both Drew and Paul in as to what their situation was, giggles escaping here and there at the memories, small amount of teasing and even a bit of dull moments.

The story of how it all began and what caused all the trouble now.

"Is that why he's so cold? The first day we met him was was so strict with us, he never once complimented us or gave us proper motivation. I didn't think that was a big deal, I didn't think it would leave him like that." Drew looked at a hunched over Calem with his hands protecting the back of his head. "I still don't understand what went on over near the tree they cared about so much all I know is that he was never the same the last time we saw her." Delia looked down at her hands that rested on her laps, her fingertips playing with the cuticles of her nails to ease her nervousness.

"If we try and ask him he gets pissed off and we can't ask Serena because she can't remember anything from before. If there was something they could bond over to get back the time they lost, so that they can fix their differences once and for all already." Cilan thought out loud, hoping to help out with something for his friends. Hearing the troubles they had gone through together before it seems like a loss to not be able to see a change for once.

"L-lets not think of this much . . . I'll go finish up dinner, your more then welcome to stay for dinner, Calem." Calem looked up from his position before shaking his head slightly. "It's fine, I can bother Ash anymore then I already have. I shouldn't have come in the first place knowing my problem with Ash and his constant name calling."

"Hmm. Take care."
