A certain raven haired member looked between her band mates in pure distraught, as the youngest, even if he was the leader, he wasn't truly involved in deciding specific things. This situation was the only time he actually ever felt anger towards the whole system of theirs.
"We would like to test out Misty, see if she can handle our demo." The oldest member spoke up after their little unison act. A smile tugging on his lips as he looked upon the two females sitting down. "Y-you want her to m-manage your de-demo?" The stuttering state of May caused a certain band member to smile a bit. "Only and if she impressed us." Gary crossed his freely exposed muscles arms over his chest, wanting to show an intimating look.
"She loves challenges . . ." Calem muttered under his breath, already knowing the kind of person their beloved friend was. "Since you guys seem so genuine and loyal towards one another, we are giving you our trust for this. Just like I gave Serena our full trust on th-"
"I honk we should call your friend!" Cilan interrupted the wannabe bad boy and lightly nudged his arm a bit, a simple act that went unnoticed by all of them but one. "R-right!" Even when stuttering both Serena and May matched up. The brunette pulled out her phone, dialing the number she knew by heart.
"I will be outside." She shyly stands up from her spot next to Serena and walks out of the room. "You gave Serena your full trust on what?" Ash's sudden and lower tone caused shivers all over their bodies. "We gave Serena our full trust to help us with our homework," Cilan proudly answered the youngest suspicions, having already thought of everything that needed to be said to acquire a proper convincing.
"We met up at Drew's bedroom while they were working . . . Since I am not too fond over algebra she promised to help." A smug smile portrayed on his lips when he finished explaining. A silent sigh of relief escaped through Serena's lips. "Algebra? Really?" Ash crosses his arms over his chest, he wasn't as built as his older member but he had very good portions on him as well. Serena, Calem, and Cilan nodded their heads while Drew and Gary watched what would happen next.
"Okay . . . Okay . . . Answer me this though," His chocolate colored eyes made their way towards a startled Serena, her sapphire blue eyes seemed to be holding in water works. Her body language was slowly revealing her true emotions under his gaze, this sight intriguing and satisfying Ash. "True or False, The distance between the numbers -9 and 20 is equal to the distance between 9 and -20 on the number line."
Serena forced herself to stare right at the now towering male before her, she felt small under his gaze yet continued to look up at him without blinking. "E-even thought I-I'm not that smart on this subject . . . I-If I-I have to answer this question to convince you . . . So be it." The boys all looked at her, the urge to help her was hopeless since they couldn't think of anything at this moment.
With everything that could come to mind, Serena prayed that May would come and save her from this situation. "U-um . . . The answer I-is . . ." The blonde tried stalling for a while, the more she tried the more the daring male leaned closer to her. This was something he was enjoying, seeing her shaking fingers gripping onto the hem of her skirt, her knees furiously colliding with each other, it was a sight he had never imagined he wanted to see.
"T-the answer i-is . . . t-true . . .?" When he pulled away from her eye level, it was as if he breathing came back to her. Finally giving into their own judgement of her, Ash stuffs his hands into his short pockets, feeling a hint of annoyance.
Just in time to clear the awkwardness of the room, May walked in happily putting away her phone. "She agreed but wants a signature from all of you to give to her little sister."
"Misty doesn't have a litt-"
"Her little sister is a big fan, your music really inspires her and got her through a rough time." Serena had caught up with everything and gave an uneasy look upon her male best friend, a sign to continue with their small white lie. "Deal then! We would do anything for a young fan!" Children and fans were Ash's weaknesses, the cold iceberg of a heart he had could easily be melted by seeing, hearing, or speaking to either a fan or a child.
His sudden change of aura, caused a small giggle to slip through Serena's lips and his cheeks to burn red.
