Brennan doesn't think he likes anyone but he sees something special about Annie. Annie on the other hand has quite a big crush on Brennan. Will they get together and if they do will anything tear them apart?
Annie's PoV... It's finally Friday, the last day of school for the week. Katie and Edward are starting next week which is good. I wake up and get dressed into this:

I then kiss an asleep Emily goodbye before leaving with Brennan. Me and Brennan walk into school like usual then go to our lockers. Today I find a note saying "when's the next baby coming?" I sigh before scrunching it up and throwing it in the bin. Me and Brennan walk to science then sit down. The teacher says "ok today we are going to be conducting an experiment on which metals react with which acids. You will need to get into partners then get all the equipment necessary out." I look at Brennan as if to say will you be my partner and he nods. Just as we have all the equipment out, the teacher comes over with Mia. "Do you mind if Mia joins your group?" I nod then when the teacher walks away I clench my fist. Mia smiles at me and Brennan so we smile back, sarcastically. I then go and get some metals and acids from the front. I walk back to see Mia leaning closer to Brennan and saying "Brennan you will need to help me because I'm new and I don't understand what we have to be doing," Brennan stood there awkwardly trying to lean away from Mia. I rolled my eyes at her before we got on with the experiment. Throughout the whole of science Mia tried many ways of flirting with Brennan at one point she even 'spilt' acid on her hand then asked Brennan to help her. He just pointed to the sink. Finally science came to an end we walked to our next lesson. Brennan had French and I had history and the worst thing is I think Mia might be in Brennan's French class. I kiss Brennan goodbye on the cheek as a group of boys come past and wolf whistle. I roll my eyes before walking to history. History was really boring but I wasn't really paying attention as I was worrying about Mia flirting with Brennan. Brennan's PoV: I sit down in French as Mia walks in. She spots an empty seat next to me and starts to walk over but the teacher calls her over and says "you must be the new student Mia, well bonjour, um let's have you sit over there next to Henry." I give a sigh of relief that Mia isn't sitting next to me but then I realise that she is behind me, great😒. Maths drags on but a lot of the time I had the feeling that someone is staring at me. I slightly turn my head to see Mia staring at me, she mouths hi but I just weirdly smile back. Suddenly the teacher says "Brennan Mia, since neither of you seem to be paying attention can you read the dialogue in French out loud please." I nod, unlike Mia I actually was paying attention so I read out of my book "bonjour, je m'appelle Brennan. Qu'est-ce que tu aimes pour le petit dejuner." (That translates to hello, I am called Brennan. What would you like for breakfast. Just incase someone didn't know.x) I looked back at Mia and saw that she hadn't written anything down in her book so she was frantically looking at the people next to her but they just shrugged so she looked up at the teacher guiltily "well at least one of you was paying attention thank you Brennan." The teacher said as I smiled. Annie's PoV: History finally comes to an end so I walk to Brennan's French room. He comes out and smiles at me then we walk to our form room for break. On the way there Brennan tells me what happened in French which I laughed at.
College drags on but eventually the bell for finishing the last lesson sounds and everyone gets up and leaves. Mrs Jill is collecting us today and taking us straight to collect Emily from nursery. Once we arrive I see her sound asleep so I say thank you to the nursery leaders then Brennan gently picks Emily up, trying not to wake her. We walked back to the car then drove home. When we returned Emily was still asleep so we put her into her bed. Then take the baby monitor out to the kitchen where me and Brennan sit at the table and do some coursework. We then go and sit down stairs and tell Katie and Edward about the whole French incident with Mia which they laughed at as well. Just as I put my feet up I hear the baby monitor. Brennan goes up and gets Emily while I stay downstairs and relax. Brennan brings Emily down and said, "she rolled over and got stuck" I laughed a little as he sat down next to me flying Emily around in the air which she seemed to enjoy. Soon after David started crying so Katie and Edward went upstairs to sort him out.
Sorry it's short and not very good again but in the next chapter drama starts to unfold. Xx
