Brennan doesn't think he likes anyone but he sees something special about Annie. Annie on the other hand has quite a big crush on Brennan. Will they get together and if they do will anything tear them apart?
Annie's PoV: Me and Brennan get to go home today, Katie and Edward would have to go to school but it is shut after the fire. We eat breakfast at the hospital. Everyone is always going on about how manly the hospital food is but it's really nice in my opinion. Mrs Jill then comes with some clothes for us both which we get changed into. We gather up our things before saying thank you to the doctors and nurses then leaving. Once we returned home me and Brennan went downstairs and relaxed. Katie and Edward had gone to Edwards for the day to try and make up with his parents after like a year. We watch the TV until Mrs Jill comes down with lunch for us both, on a tray:

We eat lunch then I go on my phone for a bit. I go on my account on Instagram and then tagged photos and scroll through some of them. One of them I see a private picture of me and Brennan, I'm holding Emily. How do people get hold of these private photos, I don't understand. I read the caption the frown at it, it reads "Brennan never does anything with Emily in the videos, does he even like her?" Brennan looks over my shoulder and reads it. I look at him as he looks upset, Brennan takes personal hate quite hard, especially if it's about family. "Bren, you know that it's not true, your an amazing daddy to Emily." I kiss his forehead as he gives a fake smile back. I then put the to back on and lean on Brennan's chest. He strokes my hair for about 10 minutes then stops, I look up at him and he is asleep so I readjust my head on his chest and close my eyes, before I know it I'm asleep. Mrs Jill's PoV: I come back from shopping and shout hello to Annie and Brennan. No reply so I go downstairs to see if they are still in the house. When I get downstairs I see that they are both asleep with each other. I'm so grateful that they are both still alive and with us after the events of yesterday. Suddenly I hear the phone ring so I go and answer it. Mrs Jill- hello Nursery person- hello is this Emily Donnelly's mother? Mrs Jill- no, her mother is asleep this is her grandma, how can I help? Nursery person- Emily will need to be collected as soon as possible, it looks like she has chicken pox. Mrs Jill- ok we'll be there shortly. I hang up then go and wake up Annie and Brennan. Brennan's PoV: I feel someone shaking me gently so I open my eyes and see that it's mum. I gently rub Annie's neck to wake her up. She smiles at me then we both look at mum "sorry to wake you two up but we need to collect Emily, it sounds as if she has chicken pox." I look at Annie then we go and get ready to leave.
Once we arrive at the nursery we go in Emily's room and see her lying in a bed crying. We say hello to the nursery people before going over to Emily. I gently pick her up and say "hello gorgeous." I look at her as she stops crying "yep I'm pretty sure that's chicken pox." I say. Annie comes over and kisses Emily on the head before saying "poor baby." We don't have to worry about catching it because we have both already had it. We take Emily back to the car and then go home.
Once we get home Annie puts some cream all over Emily so her chicken pox don't annoy her too much. To make sure the cream doesn't go on Emily's clothes we leave her in her nappy, it's quite hot today anyway, I'm in shorts and a T-shirt. We take her down stairs and play with her for a bit. Over time it starts to get a bit colder and after a bit Emily starts crying as she is cold so I wrap her in a warm blanket and rock her in my arms. We then get ready to go out to take Emily to the doctors. While she is still asleep I put Emily in the car then mum drives us to the doctors. Once we're there, we say goodbye to mum who has to take Ryan to a friends house. We sit in the waiting room until they call our name. Once we go in the doctors room we say hello then I put an asleep Emily on the doctors chair. He checks her over then says "well your right it's definitely chicken pox, I will give you some medicine that she needs to take once a day before bed and some cream to help stop the itching." Me and Brennan nod, thank him then go back out to the reception to get the cream and medicine. I put Emily down next to me on the chair while we wait for Annie to get the stuff. Suddenly Emily starts crying , probably because of her chicken pox, so I say "come here baby girl." Then pick her up and walk around for a bit with her in my arms so she stops crying.wase Annie then comes so we leave the doctors and walk home. At one point Emily starts crying again so I rub her back gently and fly her around in my arms. We eventually return home and Emily is asleep so I put her into bed then sit in the living room with Annie. We go on Instagram and and follow and like some fan posts. I notice more and more negative comments about me. Annie's PoV: I notice more and more negative comments about Brennan as he scrolls through Instagram. Brennan suddenly says "wait let me see that one." I don't know if this is the best idea so I say "Bren, I don't think we should." "Please," he replies giving me a puppy dog face, which I can't resist. I click on the comment and we both read it. It says: (By the way, none of this is my opinion, they're both amazing) Is this for real, as in Brennan and Annie are actually going out, like why, Annie is such a strong and beautiful girl and doesn't deserve someone like Brennan, all Brennan does is eat and water polo. He never spends any time on Annie or Emily, Brennan doesn't deserve to be Emily's father, she should have a father who actually cares and looks out for her and from what I can see that's definitely not Brennan." How can someone say something that mean and horrible? Especially when they have no idea what goes on behind the camera. Brennan is such a good father to Emily and I couldn't ask for anyone better. "Bren..." I start but he interrupts and says "I just need some alone time for a bit." Before running to our bedroom and shutting the door. I don't know what to do. I decide to give him some alone time and I'm going to clear everything up. I get out the camera and say "many people have been commenting horrible things about Brennan and about how he hasn't been looking after Emily at all. That is not true and none of you know what goes on behind the camera. Brennan is the best father for Emily and looks after her so well. You want proof well, see all this equipment for Emily," I turned the camera and showed all of Emily's new toys and some other things of hers, "well Brennan bought all of them for her, he cares about her so much and if you don't understand or respect that then you need to, because Brennan is the best daddy for little Emily, in the whole world. I was really disappointed when I read all these negative comments and I hope they stop as they are not only Brennan, there also upsetting me, so can people please stop commenting mean things about him, he's a great father." I switch the camera off and sigh. I then go to our bedroom and gently knock on the door "Bren, it's me, can I come in please." I wait a minute for a reply then he quietly says "yes." I slowly open the door and see that Brennan is sitting against the side of his bed flying Emily around. His eyes look red like he has just been crying. I shut the door and go and sit next to him. I put my hand on his leg then say "Emily should be an airplane driver when she's older, she has been flying around since she was born." I laugh while saying this and look at Brennan to see him slightly smiling. I sigh then say "Bren, you can't let those comments get to you." He replies and says " but they're true, you've been such an amazing mum to Emily, and I have just been standing back and watching." I frown at what he says. "Bren, that's not true, your an amazing father, whenever she is upset you stop her crying, you feed her when she's hungry, how can you not be a good father." He slightly smiles at what I say. Brennan then gets up and puts Emily in her bed. He then comes back over and hugs me, I hug him back tightly, Brennan's back. I smile in the hug and rest my chin on his shoulder. We stay hugging for a while. Whilst hugging I rub Brennan's back gently. We eventually pull out of the hug and I smile at him, he gives a smile back which makes me smile even more. I lean in and gently kiss his lips, as I pull away I whisper "I love you." Which makes him smile. We then go out to the bathroom and wash his face so it doesn't look like he has been crying anymore. Once we're done I hug Brennan one more time tightly then we go back to our room. I put this photo on Instagram:

Then I captioned it: "love them both so much @brennan1103 #amazingdaddy" then I posted it. I then look back at Brennan and see he is talking to Emily in her cot. I go over to them and put my arm around Brennan's waist then we leave Emily to go to sleep while we go downstairs and watch the tv. Brennan leans his head on my shoulder as I stroke his hair whilst watching. Brennan's had a tough day so it's good for him just to relax. We continue to watch the tv for another half an hour or so then Katie and Edward come down. "How did it go with your parents, Edward?" I say not moving from the sofa. "About that, my parents have forgiven me and they said they wanted to see more of me so me and Katie were thinking that maybe we could move in with David to their house, and it would give you more room and it would mean Mrs Jill doesn't have to look after as many people." Edward replies. Then Katie says "so would you guys mind if we moved." She said. I then replied and said "no not at all, you do what you want." She smiles then said "thanks Ans," she smiles again then smiles at Brennan. Edward then says "Brennan how come you have been so quiet?" He looks at me so I gently move his head off of me then take Katie and Edward upstairs, leaving Brennan to watch the tv on the sofa. Once we got upstairs Katie said "Annie, what's wrong with Brennan?" "Brennan's not had the best day," I start, "he got a lot of horrible hate on some fan accounts saying that he wasn't good enough to be a father for Emily and stupid stuff like that. Well Brennan read one of the really horrible ones and got upset and ran into our bedroom. I decided to do a video about how Brennan's a great dad to Emily, then I went in his room to check on him. When I went in there it looked like he had been crying. Then about 10 minutes later once he had calmed down we went downstairs to watch the tv then you came home." "Oh poor Bren" Katie said before sighing. "Me and you need to start getting our stuff ready to move." Edward said, trying to lighten up the mood. "I'll leave you to it." I say before going downstairs back to Brennan. Once I'm down there, I sit back on the sofa then kiss Brennan's head after he puts it back on my shoulder. We relax for the evening, eat dinner then have an early night.
