A/N You had to wait three days for a filler chapter that literally nothing happens in. Hope you enjoy it!
A/N Pt. 2 When the hell did I write this? Oh well. Imma post it now.

Third Person POV

Alexis lies down on her bed, bored out of her mind. Okay, so it's not her bed. She doesn't have a bed. But this is the room she and Michael had been in, and she's assuming it's unoccupied and she can use it. She stares up at the ceiling, wishing she has something to do, but she's not leaving her room. She's boycotting life until she gets to go to Heaven.
A knock on the door about ten minutes after she went into hiding finally brings some entertainment, but she can't do much with it. She's boycotting life.
"Alexis?" Jesse's voice comes from the other side of the door.
"Go away!"
"How about we both go away?" Jesse suggests. "We can both go back together. How 'bout that?"
"No."
"Would it help if I said please?" Jesse asks.
"No."
"What could I do to get you come out?"
"Sorry, Dad. Not gay."
Jesse isn't sure whether to roll his eyes or laugh, but manages to refrain from doing both. "You know what I mean."
"I'm not coming out of my room until I can go to Heaven again," Alexis tells him stubbornly.
"It doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon," Jesse says apologetically.
"Yeah, no thanks to you," Alexis spits. "You could have convinced Mom to let me go!"
"I've heard some bad things about Michael," Jesse tells her. "I don't know if I want you to go."
Alexis groans. "Dad, stop being such a... Dad!"
Jesse bites back a laugh. "Sorry? Well, you've had your fun. Let's go."
"I'm serious," Alexis says. "I want to go to Heaven with Michael, and I'm not leaving until you let me."
Jesse sighs. "Fine. You might be here a while."
Jesse returns to the living room, where everyone but Baicifer, Sabriel, and Alexis is sitting/standing. He walks over to the couch and sits down next to Macie again.
"I take it it didn't go as well as we had hoped?" Macie guesses.
"She won't come out until she can go to Heaven," Jesse replies.
"She'll change her mind eventually," Macie says, though she doesn't seem very confident in that.
"I don't see why she can't go," Jesse says. "Michael doesn't seem that bad. And I'm sure he'd protect her from the other angels, too. He seems to care about her wellbeing, at least a little."
"No," Macie says immediately.
"She's still a kid," Jesse reminds her. "We should let her have some fun. It's no fair, keeping her cooped up in the bunker all day, every day."
"I was cooped up in the bunker all day," Macie says defensively.
"And then you got sent to another dimension and got to do things there," Jesse reminds her. "And it's not as if Alexis really has any friends here like you did. She's closest to Michael. Are you sure you want to take her only friend away from her?"
"Yes, because it's Michael!" Macie replies as if it's obvious.
"Yes, and it's your daughter," Jesse reminds her. "You should want her to be happy, not trying to stop her from doing things because of personal grudges, no matter how justified they are."
"He tried to kill me!"
"But he won't do that to Alexis," Jesse adds. "She's growing on him. You can see it. He wouldn't hurt her. He'd make sure no one did."
Macie hesitates, then sighs. "Fine, she can go to Heaven! Are you happy now?"
"I'm sure she will be," Jesse replies.
"But will Michael be?" Jensen asks.
"We could ask him," Jesse suggests. "Before getting her hopes up. Well, I can't. Praying doesn't work for demons."
"I could ask," Castiel offers. "He can't ignore a question from Angel Radio."
"That works," Jesse agrees.
Castiel says something silently, and everyone waits a second for Michael to appear. And then another second. And then another second. And then another few seconds.
"Great," Macie says sarcastically. "A-plus work, Cas."
"He's probably busy," Jesse replies. "I'm sure he has a lot to do in Heaven. He can't just come as soon as someone calls every single time."
Eventually, though, he does show up. It's about half an hour later when he finally gets around to checking on why Castiel called for him.
"Took you long enough," Macie says, rolling her eyes.
"I had a meeting to attend," Michael explains before turning to Castiel. "You called?"
"Alexis is being stubborn," Macie tells him. "She refuses to come out of her room until you take her to Heaven."
Michael bites back a laugh. Sure, Heaven is great and all, but it's not something he would expect anyone to put up a fight to visit a second time. If Michael didn't have a job and so many connections, both business and personal, he may not have visited there more than once a year, if that. Then again, that could be because he's so used to Heaven that it seems to have lost its charm, but if he had left if it a long time, it would likely regain its appeal.
"Would you like me to bring her back to Heaven?" Michael asks.
"No," Macie answers, "but I don't have a choice. Will you?"
"Of course," Michael replies.
"And nothing better happen to her or else."
Michael doesn't bother asking "Or else what?" He's sure she could do some damage to him if she tried.
"I will watch out for her," Michael assures her.
"Are you sure this is okay with you?" Jesse asks. "I'd hate for us to mess with your plans for ruling Heaven and all that."
"It's fine," Michael replies. "I have nothing to do at the moment anyway."
With the fear of intrusion eliminated, Jesse leaves to get Alexis. She practically flies out to the living room, she's that excited. She thanks her parents profusely before bouncing up to Michael.
"Only an hour," Macie says.
"Mo-om!" Alexis whines.
"That could be problematic," Michael replies. "With the time flow change between Heaven and Earth, that would only be a few minutes in Heaven."
"Fine," Macie replies. "Half an hour in Heaven, and then come back."
Michael nods. "Fine by me."
He takes Alexis' hand, and they ascend to Heaven.
