Jonathan laid awake in his bed staring at the ceiling because for some reason he had this pit in his chest. It felt odd like he was missing something, or someone. But he didn't bother trying to figure it out because that would only drive him even closer to the brink of insanity if he wasn't already there, to begin with, that is.

Suddenly his phone began to ring. He contemplated on whether or not he should answer it but his arms felt heavy yet at the same time it was like his brain was making them move anyway and he picked it up pressing the answer button. "Hey, Del," Evan spoke into the phone tiredly but Jonathan just stayed silent even though he wanted to open his mouth and respond. He just laid there staring at the ceiling with a blank face and Evan spoke again.

"I know. It's late," he huffed, "I'm sorry, but I couldn't sleep and I didn't know who else to call."

Evan hummed like he was hearing a response but Jonathan was still silent. "You know you're really important to me, right Jay?" Jonathan stayed in his paralytic silence as Evan continued to speak. "I honestly don't know what I would be doing if I didn't have you in my life," he whispered. "I'd probably be in this... really shitty relationship being some girls personal bank account, and I'd probably be driving you and the other guys mad by how much I talk about her and all that stupid shit." he chuckled and Jonathan felt the corners of his lips twitch.

Evan sighed. "I really care about you, Jon. I care to the point it's kinda making me reconsider a few things." he paused listening to Jonathan's supposed reply and he could hear the smile in his voice. "Thanks, really. I like talking to you, you're like a guide, this little ball of light in a dark tunnel." Jonathan felt something on his cheek but he still couldn't move. "I think I lo-"

Jonathan jolted up with a gasp. He sighed running a hand through his hair and heard a sleepy groan before feeling a warm hand snake to his chest. "You okay babe?" Evan asked and Jonathan smiled nodding his head. Evan hummed pressing a light kiss to his shoulder. "Lay back down. The bed always get's cold when you leave," he mumbled sleepily and Jonathan felt a lump in his throat. He tried to speak but his tongue felt as if it were a thousand pounds so he just lied back. Cyan eyes looked back into warm brown ones, shuddering when he felt soft fingers as they began to lightly trace his features and his eyes began to close.

Just as they closed they seemed to flutter open again and Jonathan sat up in his bed looking around. For what? He didn't know, but it felt like there was something missing. He sighed running a hand through his hair and suddenly getting an odd sense of deja vu. Wrapping his arm around to his lower waist he felt as it moved before resting on his chest, but that wasn't all of it, nor was it the beginning.

He sighed getting up to start his day. He'd remember... Eventually.

Hello again! I'm back finally, and I'm sorry for being gone so long. I just decided to take a break and read instead of write for a while. Well... That and I have midterms that I had to take and I've also been trying to get some past assignments turned in so that's been taking up some time. But anyway! I hope you all enjoyed this and don't forget to vote. Also, if you have a request I'm open to some new ideas. So, without further ado, I bid my HEllions farewell...
