Title: Wildlings
Author: theemmpress
Genre: Adventure
Status: Completed
Mature: n/a
Short summary: n/a

I'm going to try as hard as I can to not be biased, but this is one of my favorite books so there might be a tad.

First Impression 9.5/10 -

Title: I love the title. It's simple, yet unique and interesting. It definitely draws the reader in because they're curious about these 'wildlings' are.

Cover: Personally, I liked your old covers better. This one is a lot brighter and draws our attention in more (as well as using face claims to depict the main characters) but it seems a little messy/crowded. It still looks amazing though, and I love the font! (The more I look at it the more I like it though..)

Summary:  I love your summary, and I wish I could write them like that. It gives a good basis for what the story will be about as well as a good introduction to the characters. The summary definetly draws me into the book itself.

Dialogue/Grammar 10/10 - I don't have anything to say about this category because everything was perfect. Your conversations flowed like normal conversations would and your grammar was amazing!

Characters 10/10 - I love the names you chose for your characters and I'm curious, how did you choose them? Anyway, on with the review.

Sannah: Her personality reflects mine at the beginning of the story, but I love how she develops at the end and into the second book. I love how she reacts to situations and I just love her very much. She is definitely my favorite character.

Judit: The differences between Judit and Sannah remind me a lot of my sister and I. We're polar opposites, but we still care about each other. I love how readers know Judit is almost putting a persona around Dek and Lox, it makes her seem more real.

Overall, I love them both very much.

Chapter Lengths 9.5/10 - I like that they're long, but I also don't. You get a lot of good content, but I don't always have time to sit down and read a 20+ page chapter. It seems silly, but I really don't have time. I do love love love your chapters, I just wish I had more time to read them.

Descriptions 10/10 - The way you describe scenes is amazing. I can see a vivid picture in my head and you don't leave anything out. I love the way everything flows. I'm not too sure what to say here except please teach me your ways!!

Plot 10/10 - Usually, I don't like when authors start off with something other than a prologue or chapter, but I like the writings you have in the first part. If I remember correctly, they also playa role later on in the story. They also give the reader a general idea on what is happening which is good. I love your invented slang, because of course there will be, they're kids. At first it's kind of confusing, but the glossary and contexts really helps. In general, I love your plot. I've never read a book with a theme like yours and it's incredibly interesting.

Overall 9.8/10 - One day, I hope to buy this book in a store. It's so amazing and wonderful and definitely one of my favorite books (that is a very high honor.) The only two things that didn't make your book a 10/10 were personal opinions, so you're book is extremely well written, at least in my standards. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this book as whole. The one thing I do have to say is please publish this in the future!! I really believe it's up to that quality and I would love to buy it.

I highly recommend this book to everyone! It's just so good!
