I rolled over once I heard the alarm clock go off. I sighed before I climbed out of the bed and stretched. Last night had been a long night. Corey had a fever and I had been up almost the entire night trying to keep him quiet. I looked over at him lying beside me in the bed knocked out. I decided to let him at least sleep while I got dressed then I would wake him and Giselle up and get them dressed. I laughed at how he was sleeping just like me. I walked down the hall to Giselle's room and saw her lying in bed looking up at me looking just like Bee. I sighed and rubbed the top of my head. I missed my angel a lot. I couldn't dwell on that now; I had to put on a strong face for my babies.
"Daddy...up." Giselle said reaching her arms up to me. I smiled at my princess and granted her wish. When I picked her up, she wrapped her arms around my neck and hugged me tight before planting a sloppy kiss on my face.
"Hey daddy's princess....how are you this morning?" I asked her as I rubbed my hand through her curly hair thinking of what I would do to it today.
"Daddy...I'm hungry." She said as she rubbed her little stomach and I laughed. She was just like her mother in every aspect and just looking at her made my heart long for Bee.
"Well daddy's going to take care of that baby...let me go get Corey and daddy's going to fix you something to eat...what do you want?" I asked her as I carried her towards my bedroom.
