Chapter Five

"Hinata, you know that the rule states another person is able to compete to be a pianist here at University of Konoha right?" Principal Tsunade pressed.

"Y-yes... Principal Tsunade..." Hinata looked down as she tried to ignore Naruto's presence beside her.

"So Naruto here is willing to challenge for the position. Since you have 3 years till the grand competition, there's no rush." the principal explained.

"Can-can... Two pianists enter instead of-of one..." Hinata blurted out and Naruto's gaze whipped onto her as Principal Tsunade frowned.

"Hmm... I've never heard of that... It's not our practice Hinata. We can only send one representative from each club for every competition we've entered." her voice marked finality.

"Oh-oh... Okay..." Hinata whispered.

"So unless you want to be friendly competitors, Hinata and Naruto, the two of you can practice together to improvise your piano skills. Then when the audition comes for the grand competition, at least you'll have each other's support regardless who makes it." Principal Tsunade offered.

"No." Naruto said firmly as he crossed his arms and leaned back in his chair. "I won't be on a truce with any Hyuga. I demand the right to practice in that piano room with the white piano! Work something out like a schedule or something!"

Principal Tsunade frowned at the blonde boy.

"I'm afraid there's no more room for another piano Naruto. If you wish to practice you can always purchase one for your house. You surely have one at home right?"

Naruto's ice blue gaze hardened.

"I do but it's my father's. I promised not to touch my father's favourite item until I have achieved his dream and the honourable title he sought after." Naruto said firmly as he ran his fingers through his blonde hair. "And I can't buy another piano, I am currently renting a small apartment as my family bungalow is not near this university. I don't wish to waste money by buying a big temporary house. Is there another way like, I buy a piano for this school..."

The principal narrowed her eyes.

"Then I'm afraid you and Hinata will have to share. The school accepts donations from accomplished students, not from any Tom-Dick or Harry. On a separate note, I also can't make a schedule because that Steinway and Sons piano is donated by none other than Hiashi Hyuga himself. So definitely Hinata will have priority to its usage compared to anyone else." Principal Tsunade took a deep breath as she leaned backwards. "This is a request you have to ask Hinata here herself."

Naruto clenched his fists as he stood up.

"I have to think about it. Sorry but I gotta get to class." Naruto stated clearly as he picked up his bagpack and left the office hastily.

"I'm-I'm sorry... Principal Tsunade... My family's reputation has caused a major imbalance to you being equal and fair to all of your-your students..." Hinata apologised as she too stood up and bowed.

"It's fine Hinata... It's not your fault." Principal Tsunade gave her a warm smile as she waved a hand. "Now you better get to class too before you're late."

Hinata nodded her head as she picked up her bagpack and left..

*~*

"Whoa-whoa! Too much drama!" Ino squealed as Hinata sighed and sunk lower in her position.

"Come on! Give the girl here a break!" Kiba rolled his eyes as he munched into his sandwich.

"I never knew about Naruto's father being a pianist too." Shino mentioned as Sasuke too gave a nod.

"Yea I knew about it but he doesn't really like to talk about his parents. He just told most of us his mother gave birth to him on the same day his father died in an accident." Sasuke answered.

"Huh? Then how did his mother pass away?" Sakura asked curiously.

"Through childbirth." was Sasuke's prompt answer.

"Oh..." the whole group replied except for Hinata.

"To lose both of his parents on his birthday... And he never even got to see them... Poor thing... You must be suffering Naruto kun..." Hinata thought to herself.

"Hinata, you sure you don't want to talk to Kakashi sensei and change seats with me?" Shino asked, breaking Hinata's trail of thoughts.

"Huh?"

"Are you day dreaming about him again?" Ino teased as Hinata's face start to redden.

"Him? Who?" Kiba and Sai asked together as Sakura giggled.

"No one!" Hinata lashed out and even Sasuke raised an eyebrow.

"If you are that defensive then it has to be SOMEONE." the Uchiha smirked at her.

"No! No one- no one-no one!!!" Hinata babbled as she quickly picked up her bag and ran off.

"Hinata wait!" Shino called out but Sakura shook her head.

"Never mind guys. Let the poor girl calm down." the pinkette assured her friends as they sighed and gave in.

Meanwhile Hinata ran till her locker and she stopped and panted. She suddenly heard noises from inside the janitor's closet which was a few metres away from her locker.

"Naruto! Harder!" a girl's voice whimpered as squelching sounds could be heard and it did got harder and faster.

"You like it rough huh?" a familiar voice sounded.

"Na-naruto... Kun..." Hinata gasped to herself as she felt her heart clenched with pain.

She knew about Naruto's sexual escapades but has never had the bad luck to chance upon them...

Well, there's a first for everything...

"Shit I'm gonna cum..." Naruto groaned out as the girl's whimpers got louder.

Hinata may be innocent but she damn well know what's going on in that closet.

Hinata couldn't take it anymore.

She's gonna make sure Naruto will be serving an extremely heavy punishment, personally supervised by her.

Hinata took out the master key which opens any door at the University since she is the president of the student council. Well the key doesn't open any of the staff's office though...

"Uzumaki, you're in trouble." Hinata stated calmly as she came face to face with a blonde who is standing up and has his pants down and gripping the waist of a blonde girl who is on top of him...

"Shit..." Naruto's eyes widened as he quickly turned around and hurriedly put the girl down while he zipped up his pants.
