Chapter 107- Eiffel Tower

Joey's POV

I was extremely tired today. I felt Shane slid out of bed to order breakfast and take a shower.

I fell asleep again and was awoken by Shane.

Shane: Babe get up.

Joey: No! Can I be lazy today?

Shane: It's our last day. I have something special planned for tonight.

Joey: Then can I sleep until then?

Shane: Get up and eat some brunch.

Joey: Fine.

We ate our brunch. I suddenly became super curious as to what the surprise was.

Joey: Shaney? What's the surprise?

Shane: Joey it's a surprise.

Joey: I know that! What is it?

Shane: I can't tell you!

Joey: Why not?

I pouted, hoping to take advantage of him so he'll tell me.

Shane: It will be much more special if I don't tell you.

Joey: Fine...

I guess I'll have to wait. That's the part I hate about surprises. But I know Shane plans great surprises.

I glance down at my engagement ring. That had to be the best surprise ever.

Maybe I should plan a surprise for Shane. After all, he always does romantic stuff for me.

After brunch I grab my phone and hide under the covers of the bed. I being texting Meghan.

Joey: Hey girl! :)

Meghan: Hey Joey! How's the honeymoon going? I didn't think I'd hear from you for a while.

Joey: It's great! But I wanted help to do something romantic for Shane.

Meghan: Well I have a few ideas...

Shane's POV

Joey crawled under the covers two hours ago and he hasn't come up yet. I'm slightly worried.

I poke my head under the covers. He's smiling at something on his phone.

Then he sees me and covers his phone.

Joey: Shane! You scared me!

Shane: Sorry. What are you doing?

Joey: Nothing.

Shane: Nothing? I heard you giggle a few times under there. And you were smiling at your phone. What's up?

Joey: I'm just texting Meghan.

Shane: Ok then. Have fun. I'll leave you alone. Oh! Remember no sexting unless you want to add me to that conversation.

He cracked up. I love making him laugh.

Joey: If you want to see me naked you might as well strip me yourself!

Shane: Maybe I will.

I yanked his pants and boxer down to his knees. I kissed him before he could react and then got out out from under the covers.

Joey: Shane!

Shane: You told me to do it!

Joey: I was only joking!

*Later In The Day*

Shane: You ready?

Joey: Yeah but where are we going that I have to dress fancy for?

Shane: You'll see. Come on.

I grabbed his hand and lead him out of the hotel. Once we were close enough to the tower. I took out a scarf and blindfolded him.

Joey: What are you doing?

Shane: Just trust me.

Joey: Are you trying to kidnap me?

Shane: I'm your husband. Why would I need to do that? For some reason you decided to stay with me.

Joey: Oh I had a reason.

We stopped right in front of the tower. Joey seemed confused when we stopped. I pulled off the blindfold.

Joey: Oh my god Shane!

He threw his arms around my neck. I hugged him back.

Joey: I knew you had a reason why we couldn't go to the Eiffel Tower earlier. Why did I doubt you? I love you so much Shaney!

Shane: I love you too Joey.

Joey: Let go up to the top! Right now!

He grabbed my hand and dragged me towards the tower. I laughed at his excitement.
