Before I even could comprehend what was about to happen, Luke was already lying on the ground. Luckily he quickly recovered, seeming to have sobered up in a matter of seconds.
This was getting dangerous and I was freaking out. My legs weren't to be relied on right now - I was gripping the wall to make sure I wouldn't black out. Frank was nowhere to be found even though I swore I just saw him.
Then I heard a cracking noise and I looked at Luke, but he seemed fine. The guy was holding his nose and it was bleeding very heavily.
Luke had broken his nose.
"Luke, stop it!" I yelled, knowing that he just made matters worse, but he didn't seem to hear me. He was blinded with rage.
At that point I had to do something, but what?
My legs didn't feel steady enough and I was close to passing out. Even if I tried to run away, Luke might get himself in more trouble. So I had no choice but to stay where I was.
The guy let go of his nose and punched Luke in the stomach with great force. Luke started gasping for air and the guy pushed him onto the ground again. He just kept kicking Luke in the ribs and that scared me enough for me to finally manage to do something.
"Someone help!" I screamed and pushed myself off the wall, kicking the guy against the knee.

"You bitch..." He hissed and tried to hit me. Lucky for me, my fight or flight instinct kicked in and I pushed him against the wall. There was a strength in me I didn't know I had, even in this state. Grabbing his arms I hissed, "Don't ever do that again."
My agression getting the best of me made me kick him again, now with all my strength. Thinking he couldn't do anything now, I let go of him to help Luke, who was obviously in a lot of pain.
"It's going to be okay," I reassured him and kneeled beside him. The truth was that I didn't know it was going to be okay.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw Frank running towards us with a few security guards.
Finally releasing the breath I had been holding, I knew it was going to be okay.
However, before they reached us, I felt something hit the back of my head. Doubling over I fell onto Luke, who yelped out in pain.
Just a second later I felt my legs give in and the world went black.
