"Drink up, you look kinda..." Elijah hastily snatched the blood bag from my hands and practically ripped it open as he drank hungrily. I stared, my mouth agape and quickly shut it as I waited for him to finish.

When he did, he threw the now empty blood bag in the back seat and kept silent, his features shifting between either angry of just plain betrayal. "Elijah-"

"You do not get to say anything. Not after what happened." He snaps, immediately silencing me. I knew what he felt. After a promise I made to him, we betrayed him so I could understand why he was angry. Unfortunately, now wasn't the time to think of that.

"Elijah I understand how you feel. But right now, I need your help. I'm willing to make another deal with you." I began, watching him carefully. "Your ability to make deals has been long, over looked." He scoffs, resting his elbow over the car's window.

I sighed loudly, running a hand over my wavy hair. "Klaus is in town Elijah. He's in Mystic Falls." I said, glaring at him. That got his attention as he slowly turn to look at me. "Niklaus, is in Mystic Falls?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes, and he's taken over Alaric's body." I sighed, fear running through my veins at what Klaus must've done to Alaric. "Ah, one of Klaus's parlour tricks." He mocks, disgustingly. I leaned my head over the cool glass of the car window and silently wondered if Damon realised I woke up Elijah.

"Katherine's gone to. We think that maybe she left as soon as she found out Klaus was here." I explained, waiting for him to say something. "Hardly," He scoffed. "Klaus is known to hold grudges. With Katerina in town he wouldn't miss a chance to get a hold of her."

"So Katherine's dead?" I frowned. "No. Klaus isn't one to do that. He is going to torture Katerina for a very long time before killing her. That is how he works."

A memory of seeing an empty glass of bourbon by the corner in Alaric's house with a lipstick stain on the rim came back to me quickly. So Katherine must've been there when I was training with Alari-Klaus. I mean Klaus. The very thought still brings me shivers. He practically trained me for an hour.

The worlds most oldest vampire had trained me. But that didn't stop me from thinking how Klaus didn't even bother to catch me after so many moments of the both of us alone. He had me right where he wanted me. But he didn't hurt me. Why?

"Not one of my proudest moments," He confessed honestly, that dark look still in his face. "It was a temporary lapse in weakness. Seeing you like that... well, it spark a little pity in my cold black heart,"

His words rung loudly in my head, making me more confuse then I already am. "What do we do?" I finally asked, turning to look back at Elijah. He was deep in thought and was tapping the dashboard. "Its not a matter of what we, will do. Its a matter of what I will do." He says back, plainly as he turned on the car ignition, driving us somewhere.

I didn't question where he was taking me. I just knew I could trust him.

That somewhere ended up being by Tyler's house. I frowned as I followed after Elijah, his burned looking suit looking much more horrible then it was before. "Carol," Elijah greeted the now town mayor as she was about to leave.

"Elijah." She mumbles, confused. "What happened to you?" She asked, stepping closer to us and looking at Elijah up and down. "Had a little accident. Was wondering if you had a fresh set of suits?" He kept that dazzling smirk on his face and Carol looked flustered.

"Well, I'm on my way to a meeting-"

She was cut off when Elijah looked straight into her eyes. "You will let us in and borrow me some clothes. I need to change out of this ridiculous get up," He compels. I watched as Carol's frown turned to a smile.
