Draco was on his way to his last class which was charms, and he was the only one late for it. Fortunately, Pansy saved him a seat, which was right across Hermione's, and was a good advantage for him to look at her.

They were about to learn the basic spells and charms, in which Draco actually did something worthy that professor Flitwick gave slytherin 10 points. He smirked, glancing at Hermione who apparently was looking at him back. But this time she didn't look away, instead, she smiled sheepishly.

Though what's odd is that Ron was looking at her with disgust as he noticed that Hermione was smiling at Draco. The two talked, in which Draco couldn't hear a thing about. I must've made him jealous. He thought to himself.

After class, Draco picked up his courage and finally walked up to Hermione. "Hermione, can I talk to you for a sec?"

Harry and Ron looked at each other and back to Draco with confusion on their mind.

Hermione clutched onto her books, as she nodded. "S-sure. Harry? Ron?"

"Uh.. We'll just go and wait for you back in the common room" said Harry, grabbing Ron's arm and headed out the door so that it was only Draco and Hermione.

Draco waited until the two have left, because Ron tried to peek through to hear their conversation. "I'm just going to make this quick, because my friends are looking for me too. Anyway, do you maybe.. want to hang out?"

"When I'm finished with my homeworks, sure! I'd love to"

"great! I'll bring foods. Uhh.. same thing yesterday?"

"Okay. the empty corridor?"

"Exactly. So, after dinner?"

"See you after dinner" Hermione playfully nodded, smiling and giggling right after as she left Draco.

"Yes" Draco whispered at himself, smiling once she left the room.

It was hogsmeade day, and all the higher years were able to go to honey dukes so Draco asked a prefect, "Hey, are you going to honey dukes today?"

"Yes, Malfoy, why? Need something?"

"Uh, yeah. Could you buy me four chocolate frogs, a bertie botts, two liquorice wands and a chocolate cauldron?" said Draco, pulling out galleons for the prefect to buy. "Feeling a bit hungry today, are we?" he sniggered. "Definitely."

"Okay. I'll be back by six, I guess" the boy nodded.

Everything seems to be perfect for today. He thought to himself as he hurried along to the boys' dormitory.

Once he got all his wizard treats just in time, he looked at the clock and then made his way out the common room, all of his friends have noticed him smiling.

"Okay let's tell him" said Pansy taking a deep breath and supposed to follow Draco out the corridor.

"W-wait no," said Blaise, pulling her arm back. "Look at him! He seems happy. And I think your joke made a complete fact, Somehow... But I mean, look at Granger too, what if she does like him?"

"Well, there's something we forgot to know about her."

"Yeah? and what is it?"

"She's a mudblood" Pansy whispered on his ear.

"What?"

"She's a muggle born! A dirty blood!"

"Yes I know what it is but.. Does Draco know about that?"
