Final year. Everyone's so excited and hurried to finish their seventh year at hogwarts. Soon as they get out, Their lives will be altered. You'll never know one day you as you walk down the street you might see your potion's partner working as the biggest journalist in London, or that one kid who blows up everything will soon be working for the department of magical accidents and catastrophies. Each and everyone you know at school, you'll never know that deep inside of them there is an element of surprise-- a secret lies in the deepest of their hearts. Their passion and their goals. To why they do what they do, and to when they will get what they need.

It was only a few short weeks when everyone's started to feel normal again after a lot of people had died inside the castle. It was though as promised by Professor Mcgonagall to ensure the students' safety from now on. Now as for the slytherins' reputation: It got worse. Even while at the sorting ceremony for the first years a few weeks back, they all wished not to be in slytherin. Remember that one girl who was frightened at Malfoy once she came across him at the train? Unfortunately for her, she got sorted into slytherin.

The great hall looked entirely clean, as if nothing had ever happened. But the old students know for sure that this place was horror. But of course, they have no other choice but to accept the past, and move on with the future.

As for Ron Weasley, he was quite a bit devastated knowing that Lavender Brown, his first love, was also a victim at the battle. She had a lot to give, but it was too late to change her ways. Though, she was brave. Absolutely brave.

For Harry, everything he'd ever questioned was answered, in the most painful way possible. Watching his childhood crumble down into pieces, and watching others trying to rebuild it in exchange for his heroic acts. But really, he just wishes to never come cross to this again.

and for Hermione? the only thing she knew about her parents is that they're in australia. She did kept her parents safe, but she missed them dearly. Now that everything else was clear to her, the only thing she was curious about is Draco. How is he feeling? What has happened to him?

Hermione glanced over to the slytherin table to see his probable friends left were Blaise and Pansy, and he didn't look very sad, or angry. Just bland, staring into nothing.

The battle has changed everyone. Even the one you thought you'd be your enemy.

She didn't noticed how long she was staring at him until his cold grey eyes found her chocolate brown ones. She sought to find the answers lies within his eyes, but she hasn't practiced the art of legilimens; Just the two of them, looking at each other with no expression etched on their faces whatsoever.

Hermione's heart was beating fast, as if memories of them came flowing back. her heart was racing, in hopes that his would race as fast as hers. Otherwise the staring contest would've been such a waste.

Then, Hermione was snapped out from her trance, as Ginny tapped her shoulder, making her jolt. "Hey, you okay?" Ginny asked softly. "Oh, uh, yeah. Definitely." she gave her a sheepish smile.

After dinner, Hermione, Ron, and Harry all went down to Hagrid's hut for a cup of tea and talk about what had happened along while months they've been away.

"You should've seen it! Filch was devastated! He wanted out but eh, he doesn't know how to get home" Hagrid chuckled. "Lucky for him there's magic. All the things left to clean were dusts and uh... people" Hermione shivered at the last word.

"It must've been horrible for you, Hagrid."

"Ah well, I guess I'm gonna have to get used to people dying. It's nature--"

"It's not normal for people to die without peace in their lives! Do.. do you want a break or something? clear your mind off of it?" she asked.

"Now that ye mentioned it, yeah. I do. I wanna go to Paris!" he chuckled. "I'd like to see Olympe, talk to her about the mess that went on at hogwarts and whoo, do I miss her a lot"
