Haunting - Edmund Pevensie

Part 2

A/N: here's the second part, I haven't much to say except enjoy:) I hope you are having an amazing day:)

Adonis trotted through the castle to a big room with a table planted in the middle of the room. The table held 16 people but today there only sat 4, the Kings and Queens.

Two guards stood outside the door and with a quick nod to them they opened the door for Adonis.

"Sir Adonis, your majesties" one of the guards called and all four royals lifted their heads.

Adonis waited until the two guards left the room and he began to talk when he heard the doors shut.

"Your Majesties" Adonis bowed before walking towards the end of the table.

"Have you brought news?" High King Peter asked with curiosity in his eyes.

"I have my liege, during the hunt this morning we came across a human" Adonis stated which caught all the royals attention.

"A human?" Queen Lucy asked shocked.

"A girl. She is unaware on how she got here. I haven't questioned her much but she doesn't seem like a threat." Adonis explained and the royals stayed silent.

"Where is she now, Adonis?" King Peter asked.

"The infirmary. She got injured when the wolves were dragging her to safety. What do you propose we do about her?" Adonis said and again the room went silent.

"Take us to her. She needs to be questioned." Peter stated and Adonis bowed as he led the Kings and Queens to the infirmary.

Adonis went into the infirmary first before stepping aside and letting the Kings and Queens in.

The dwarf had finished stitching up Sasha's arm and she was getting quite tired.

"Your majesties" Arkin and the dwarf bowed at the same time.

"So, Raya.. is the girl fit enough to talk?" Peter asked and the dwarf looked at Sasha deciding an answer.

"She is quite tired but I'm sure she'll be okay for just a few questions." Raya stated and Peter nodded.

Sasha watched the sandy haired king make his way to her side. She moved away from him slightly causing her to slide off the chair. Someone helped her up but she pushed the strong arms away from her. She backed away from the dark haired boy and the people around her.

"I don't know you people" Sasha shook her head with feelings of distress.

"And we don't know you. How did you get into Narnia?" The dark haired king asked annoyed.

"Edmund, be nice" the lighter haired king said firmly. The dark haired boy, who Sasha found out was called Edmund, just rolled his eyes.

Sasha shook her head with a frown "I don't know. One minute I was slamming my bedroom door and when I turned around a whole forest was in front of me" Sasha explained looking from one royal to another. "It all has to be a crazy dream right? You can't just magically change worlds in a matter of seconds, I must be having a dream that feels so real." Sasha continued still looking at the Kings and Queens.

"What is your name?" A young girl asked with a smile.

"Sasha, my name is Sasha" she answered as she began to feel calmer.

"Well, Sasha. I know it's hard to believe but you're not dreaming, trust me. Unfortunately, Not many people who discover Narnia end up leaving it. I know you may want to get home but I'm afraid you'll be staying here a while" the young queen explained and Sasha looked down with a saddened expression.

"Arkin, take Sasha to the spare room near Lucy's room." Peter commanded and the black wolf bowed before walking out the infirmary.

"Come" he barked at Sasha who hesitantly followed him.

Adonis shut the door behind them and Peter began to speak.

"From now on Sasha will be our guest until we figure out why she is here. There is always a reason to why someone comes to Narnia and only Aslan knows" Peter explained and his siblings listened. "Now I know Lucy and Susan will do well to make Sasha feel at home but some people" Peter said looking at Edmund. "Might make her uncomfortable"

"Oh and I suppose that's me then" Edmund rolled his eyes at his older brother.

"Ed, your everyday facial expressions consist of scowls and frowns it wouldn't hurt if you smiled more" Susan spoke which caused Peter and Lucy to laugh.

Edmund fake smiled at Susan who just shook her head with a grin.

Sasha sat on the big double bed and stared around the room in awe, this is a guest room?

There were curtains around the bed and an enormous wardrobe in the corner of the room. There was a desk and a mirror hanging on the wall across from her bed, not to mention the space in between. What are the Kings and Queens rooms like if this is just a guest room?

"I'll be back here tomorrow to guide you around the castle." Arkin stated who was stood at the door. Sasha nodded at the wolf.

"If you need anything then go without it" Arkin spoke as he walked out the room and down the corridor.

"Wow, thanks" Sasha called so the wolf could hear her.

She then fell back on the bed and stared at the ceiling. This is crazy. She thought to herself. In complete honesty she didn't know what to think, she was still contemplating if this was just one big dream that felt so real however, she did enjoy this dream, or not dream. Whatever it was she was finding it oddly satisfying. Despite the fact of being away from
home she liked the freedom she had or the fact that she was by herself. She felt relaxed for some strange reason, she didn't have to worry about school or doing any homework. In fact, she didn't want to leave Narnia.

Knock. Knock. Knock

Sasha sat up looking at the door. She sighed before getting up and opening it, there stood the two Queens.

"May we come in?" The younger one asked and Sasha stepped aside letting them in the room.

"Let us introduce ourselves. I'm Susan Pevensie and this is my little sister Lucy Pevensie" the taller one said, which Sasha knew was now Susan.

"The two Queens of Narnia" Sasha added and they both nodded.

"Yes, but don't let that name scare you" Queen Lucy stated with a reassuring smile.

Sasha nodded. "I don't mean to be rude your... majesties but I'm really tired and I'd love to get some sleep" Sasha said as politely as she could.

"Before we leave" Queen Susan said as she walked to the door and opened it. In came two fauns carrying a few dresses. "These are for you, wear one of them to breakfast tomorrow, you'll be joining us" Susan continued as the fauns hanged the dresses in the wardrobe.

Sasha smiled and thanked them before they all left.

She slid off her black leggings after taking off her shoes, then she took off her baggy blue jumper, leaving her in her white vest top and pants. She jumped into the comfy bed and fell back landing her head in the pillows. She slowly closed her eyes and it wasn't long before she was in a deep sleep.
