I need to relax. My heart pounds and beat fast and I can't breathe doing that. I google it and I narrow it down to the most solvable and least worries ones.

I need to relax.

Here I am, awake at 2:30 AM

I'm a bit scared but I'm hanging in there.

Should stop trying to do planks and just focus on relaxation.
