Jazzy's P.O.V

"Gavin I don't understand why-"

He cuts me off.

"Jazzy! I already told you you're not allowed to go to my game tonight! Jesus Christ just go home and do whatever, I honestly don't care. But you better not be at my game tonight or I swear to God-"

"Swear to God what?" We both turn around to see Camilla standing there with her arms crossed over her chest and eyes narrowed at Gavin.

He chuckled dryly.

"Man forget this, I have a game to win and all I know is you better not be in the crowd when I look up." He gives me a hard glare before turning around to walk down the empty school hallway.

I watch him leave and take a breath before turning around to meet Camilla's gaze on me.

She stares at me before opening her mouth, getting straight to the point with no bullshit to detect in her statement.

"He's cheating on you."

I scoff and roll my eyes.

"Why do you say that? Huh? Just because he doesn't want me at the game this one time? Please."

"Jazzy I know I don't know a lot about relationships but I know that yours isn't healthy. I know what a cheater looks like and that's what Gavin is. I'm sorry." She gives me sympathetic eyes.

I shake my head and glare at her.

"He's not cheating on me Camilla. Why don't you just mind your own fucking business?!" I snap at her.

I see her physically shut down just a little bit and remember how sensitive she gets.

I instantly feel the guilt rush over me.

"Hey," I start. "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean for any of that to come out the way it did. Just please... trust me and let me handle my own life. I appreciate you looking out for me but I know Gavin.. he's not cheating." I say confidently.

I get this uneasy feeling in my stomach all of a sudden by I decide to ignore it.

I throw my arm around my twin sister and walk with her to the gym where they were warming up for their volleyball game tonight.

"So... is Chance coming?" I change the subject and say his name in a sing song way and wiggle my eyebrows just to mess with her.

She laughed lightly and turned away.

I then raise my eyebrows questionably at her.

"Oh?" I stop walking and so does she.

She smiled at me.

"He said he'd try his best to come." She whispered even though I could tell she was excited.

My smile slightly faltered.

"Hey, um.. I don't think he's gonna come." I say lowly, not wanting to hurt her feelings.

She frowns at me.
