Three weeks of semestral break... Waaahhh! Nae-excite na ako! That will begin next week. Nakangiti ako habang nagmamaneho ng kotse papuntang academy. You heard that right, I'm driving!

"You're off lane, Cher!"

"As ifff!"mataray na sagot ko.

"I won't let you drive again."nakangising wika ni Damon na nagpabusangot agad sa'kin.

"Swear. Di na mauulit. Damon, you promised me. You'll tell dad to retrieve my car."

"That's not exactly what I promised."

"There is your lying self again. Demon. Liar."

"Hey! It isn't really what I told you. What I promised is I'll ask daddy Tim if you can have your car back while I'm away."

"What?"

"What's what?"

"What do you exactly mean by while you're away?"nakakunot ang noo na tanong ko. I didn't hear him said that last time.

"I'm leaving for England tomorrow."nakangiting sagot niya.

"Ah. O---okay."

Silence then filled the car until we arrived in school. When he had opened the door, I silently got out and turned on my heels to go but he caught my arm.

"What?"asik ko sa kanya.

"It's okay, Cher. I'm coming back."nakangiting saad niya. Hindi rin siya tipid ngumiti no? Tss.

"What are you talking about?"

Kinuha niya ang dalawang kamay ko't hinawakan iyon ng mahigpit.

"You're sad."

"I'm not."

"I will."

"You're a moron."I muttered rolling my eyeballs at him.

Out of my expectation, he pulled me to him and hugged me. Hindi agad ako nakagalaw. Then I felt his lips pressed on my forehead.

"Mami-miss 'din' kita, baby."wika niya saka ako pinakawalan.

Walang salitang lumabas sa bibig ko. I watched him get back in the car. He smiled once more and left. He's leaving. He's leaving. Fck! Hindi man lang niya sinabi kung kailan siya babalik! Wait---Oh shit. Napailing ako at ipinikit ang mga mata. I shoved away the thoughts of him. Mas mabuti nga yong umalis siya. Wala naman siyang ibang ginagawa kundi ang asarin at inisin ako eh.

Habang naglalakad ako papuntang classroom, I silently hoped Ferrero will not be around again. One week ko narin siyang hindi nakikita. Sana magtuloy-tuloy na. Huli kaming nagkita no'ng pumunta siya ng bahay at dinalhan ako ng chocolates. Kaya lang, wala ring palya ang pagpapadeliver niya ng bulaklak sa bahay tuwing umaga. 'Yong laman ng cards? Tsss.
