Tatlong araw na akong nagkulong sa kwarto. Wala akong kinakausap ni kahit isa sa kanila. Hindi ako kumakain. Nagtataka nga ako kung bakit hindi ako nagkakasakit o kahit ang gutumin man lang. My eyes are throbbing with pain. Ramdam kong namamaga na ang mga 'to. Araw at gabi kaya akong nag-iiyak.

I've heard Dyll went in the house yesterday and dad sent him away. Ungrateful old man! Walang kasalanan si Dyll!

"Bumangon ka diyan."utos niyang nagpabigla sa'kin. "Wag mo akong galitin Cher."

Kahit naiinis ako ng sobra sa tinuran niya ay mas pinili kong manahimik. Alam ko kasing mas magagalit siya kung hindi ako magsasalita. Manigas siya.

"Get up!"

Napantig ang tenga ko sa pagsigaw niya. I can't contain it any longer! Ang kapal ng mukha niyang sigawan ako! Walang pwedeng gumawa sa'kin ng ganito! Bumangon ako't hinarap siya!

"Tumigil ka sa ginagawa mo! Kahit ang presidente pa ng Pilipinas ang magpapakain sa'kin, wala siyang magagawa! Hindi ako kakain hanggang sa mamatay ako! Kung gusto niyo 'kong mabuhay, hayaan niyo 'kong umalis dito!"nanggagalaiting sigaw ko sa kanya.

"Nakikita mo ba ang sarili mo? Are you hearing yourself right now? You're paranoid---"

"Wala kang pakialam! Why won't you just fly to England and don't ever come back!?? Hindi mo kailangang bayaran si Daddy sa ginawa niya sa'yo noon by messing with my life!"

Namamaos na 'yong boses ko sa kakasigaw at kakaiyak. Sumasakit narin 'yong lalamunan ko.

"Magmula ng dumating ka sa buhay ko, wala ka ng ibang ginawa kundi ang manggulo! Leave me alone!"

"Why do you care so much about what I wanted? You don't care about me! I know how much you hated my immaturity and hardheadedness---"

"I do."naiinis na asik ko sa kanya.

"No, you don't Cher. I know you don't want me to go. Kahit anong gagawin mong katigasan ng ulo mo, I'm not giving up so you sit down now because I'm feeding you whether you like it or not!"

Ang kapal ng mukha! Ang kapal-kapal! Ugh!!!!

"Open your mouth."utos niya habang sinubo niya sa'kin ang kutsara ng soup. "Do you want me to do it for you, Cher?"

"Shut up---"

"Don't you dare spit it out."

"Fck you."

"Oh. Now you're cussing."

"Fck you. You're a fcking asshole, moron so fck you!"

"You'll see what this asshole will do if you won't stop cursing."

Nakakaasar talaga 'tong buwiset na 'to! Nakakainis!!!! Grrr!!!!

"Open your mouth."utos niya nang subuan niya ako for the nth time.

"Ayoko na---"

"Tatlong araw kang hindi kumakain---"

"Ayoko na nga eh!"reklamo ko.

He placed the bowl of soup on the table and sat down on the bed beside me.

"I don't like yelling at you, Cher so don't make me do it. "Inalis niya ang ilang hibla ng buhok ko at inilagay aa likod ng tenga ko. "Baby... let's not fight again please."

"You wish!"

Ang mas ikinainis ko ay nang ngitian niya ako't niyakap.

"Ugh! Bitiwan mo nga ako!"

"You wish."pag-uulit niya ng sagot ko kanina.

"Makakatikim ka talaga Damon kapag hindi ka titigil sa ginagawa mo."pananakot ko sa kanya.

"I want to see what you'll do. Show me."saad niya na kahit hindi ko siya nakikita, alam kong nakangisi siya.

"Why are you so annoying?"wala sa sariling nasambit ko nalang.

"Why are you so annoyingly adorable?"

What?

"Are you crazy?"

"I think I am. Why are you driving me crazy?"he said that while he looked straight to my eyes.

"Wha--what..."

"Cher... I love---"

Sabay kaming napalingon nang tumili si Ember mula sa pintuan.

"Yippppppeeeeeee! Finally, you've eaten something!"she muttered and quickly ran towards me. Niyakap niya ako not minding Damon who sat beside me.

"We're so worried about you, Cher."

"I want to sleep. Iwan niyo na muna ako."pagtataboy ko sa kanilang dalawa.

Mabuti nalang pumasok si Ember. Kung ano-ano nalang ang sinasabi ng Damon na 'to---ano nga ba 'yong sasabihin niya sana?

"Ember... ako na ang bahala dito."wika niya sa kaibigan ko na nagpalaki ng mata ko.

Nooooo! I want both of them to go away! Before I could utter anything, Ember already stormed out of the room.

"Get yourself fixed baby. We're going somewhere."

"No. I'm not going anywhere with you."

"I'm not giving you a choice."nakangising sabi niya. "Go. Take a bath."

"What? I won't until you get out of here."

"I'm not going anywhere. Get up now Cher. Don't make me lost my patience."

"Bakit? What will you do?"pagtataray ko.

"Go now, Cher!"

"Ayoko nga! Lumabas ka kasi muna!"

He stood up and I flashed a smirk of victory. Haha. I won---

"Damon! Put me down! Fck! What are you doing!!! Put me down!!!"

He did. He did put me down... but only until we reached the shower. He even turned the shower on.

"Go away!"pagtataboy ko sa kanya.

Ngumiti siya at napaatras ako sa ginawa niya. It's the demon's smile! I kept treading backwards until he got me cornered on the wall. He cupped my face and I felt like I'm burning even at the fact that I got myself soaked under the shower lately. When I saw him slowly leaning down, I found myself closing my eyes.

He kissed me. Again. This time, the sensation was more sinewy than the last kisses we shared. I was filled with much fear and oblivion than before. I'm scared because I can no longer spot any protest in me. The way he kisses me now makes me want him more. I don't want him to stop what he's doing so I started imitating what he does. I placed my hands around his nape and pulled him closer to me. We continued kissing like we don't care about the world. I was drowned by the sensation he's making me feel.

"I love you, Cher."he whispered between his kisses.

I opened my eyes. Is this a dream?

Then, he stopped.

"You... you didn't say that." 

Hindi siya sumagot. I spotted a pang of disappointment. But then, it faded so fast when he claimed my lips again. It was one quick kiss. He then stared at me like I'm the most beautiful girl in his eyes. It's funny how we interpret differently the gestures we just let past us before.

"I love you."he repeated making my knees shiver. "I love you, baby."
