What did he say? He's in England! I must be dreaming! I rubbed my eyes to check if I'm seeing things well. I can tell it's really his shadow. Before I could look at him again, he already has pulled me to his chest.

"I was so worried I immediately fly back to be here. What happened, baby?"nag-aalalang tanong niya na muntik magpaiyak sa akin.

"About two hours ago."he replied. "You go back to sleep. You owe me a lot of stories to tell tomorrow."

I went back down to bed. Kinumutan niya ako at saka hinagkan sa noo.

"I'll stay for a while until you get back to sleep."saad niya matapos umayos ng upo sa tabi ko.

"I'll be fine. Kababiyahe mo lang. You also have to rest."

Ngumiti lang siya sa'kin at tumitig.

"Damon?"

"I can't rest while I worry about you."

"But..."

"No buts baby. Go back to sleep."utos niya kaya napilitan akong pumikit.

I remained silent and tried harder to fall asleep.

Pinilit kong huwag ngumiti at magpanggap na tulog. Pero dahil narin siguro sa mindreader siya o siguro ay sadyang tintaydor ako ng mukha ko, pinisil niya ang ilong ko para kulitin.

"You called me for nothing? Cher. I don't want to play your games now. You have to rest. What was it that you're trying to tell me?

Ngumiti siya at saka pinisil ulit 'yong ilong ko.

"Just say it. You missed me."walang kiming sabi niya.

I pouted at him and he only smiled charmingly at me.

"Na-miss din kita."he muttered after a while. "Sige na baby, matulog ka na please."

NAGISING AKO NANG may maamoy akong kakaiba sa bed sheets ko. When I opened my eyes, I was greeted by Damon's meek face sleeping uncomfortably on my bed. Nakaupo lang siya sa kama habang nakahiga ako sa hita niya.
