Jed Damon's Point of View:

Hanggang ngayon, binabagabag ang isipan ko sa ginawa kong desisyon kanina. Cher was with someone when I fetched her. It was the same guy in the video she's shown me. As immediate as I can, I went out the car to confront him but I was put to halt when I saw her smile at him. When he encased her in his embrace, I left without hesitation.

"Demon. Are you sure you have no feelings for her? You sound jealous."Dillenna said from the other line.

"Angel, I'm almost six years older than her. Are you kidding me?"

"Tsk. Age is just a number Demon. Besides, I'm only a year older than that girl you're referring to now but you once fell in love with me."

"Are you sure about what you're saying huh?"

"What?"

"It's not I once fell in love with you, Dillenna. I still love you and everyday, I fall in love with you."I confessed with all my honesty.

"You really are a moron. Damon, hindi sa'kin umiikot ang mundo mo. Akala ko ba, you left to forget and move on. Please enjoy there Demon. Baby and I miss you so much already."

"I love you angel. I miss you so much... every second of my life."

"Ingat ka diyan. Look, Theon just arrived. I need to go. Bye."

Napabuntong-hininga ako nang maibalik ko na sa bulsa ko ang phone. After arguing with my thoughts, I have decided in the end to stay in the hotel for the night.

Maaga naman akong umuwi ng bahay nila kinabukasan.

"I was stranded last night dad. Hindi ako nakauwi."I told daddy Tim when he asked why I didn't make it home.

"That's for sure."nakangising tugon niya. "May problema ba sa kompanya mo?"maya-maya ay tanong niya.

"Wala. Everything's fine. Si--- si Cher?"

"Hindi pa yata gumising. Wala silang pasok ngayon. She went home late last night."

"Late? How late do you mean by late?"

I saw him flashed a grimace at my question.

"Seriously dad. She's a girl. Although, it has been a trend for the millennials nowadays, she's still supposed to grow the traditional way."saad kong nagpangiti sa kanya, a gesture of agreement.

"If Jewel was still around, she would have grown up well. You're a good brother, Jed."

"Daddy?"anang matinis na boses mula sa likuran ko.

I know it's her. But I chose not to look and find out.

"Hey! Damon, where were you last night?"nakangiting tanong niya matapos umupo.

"I had to meet some important persons. Hindi na ako nakauwi."sagot ko sa kanya without taking a glance at her.

"Oh. Important persons? O--okay."I heard her mutter. "Daddy. Have you taken your vitamins?"

"Done, Cher. Don't start again. It's still early."

"Whatever, dad."

"Young lady. Good thing I remembered. Who was that guy who drove you home last night?"

Napatingin agad ako kay Cher sa tanong ng daddy niya. She went home late and 'a boy' drove her home.

"I went home by taxi---"

"It wasn't what Emily informed me. Nanliligaw ba sa'yo 'yon?"usisa ni daddy Tim.

Napalunok si Cher ng sunod-sunod at saka nag-iwas ng tingin. She even cursed silently.
