Chapter 10

Finally here is chapter 10 sorry for the wait but I have been on a school ski trip last week (half term)

I only own Tora and Loti my OC’s

The world was blurred into translucent rainbow colours as I waved goodbye to my Dad and the Avengers. Then I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted from me as I lifted off into the air, ready to be spun to any place, in the whole wide universe, Thor demanded. Like a rollercoaster except there were no safety bars or belts… A warm feeling surged across my body as I beamed a smile I couldn’t contain; this was the most fun I had had in months and it felt great.  For a brief moment, I saw all of space and time as I heard Tora shout WOOHOO or something, and made Thor laugh. We then plummeted back down to Earth, my weight suddenly gaining control, towards London where me and the Avengers had visited for a day. Wait, why are we going to London I thought. Unfortunately, the amazing experience was over within a matter of seconds.

This part of London didn’t look brilliant. There were modern buildings as far as I could see, but what surrounded me were ruins of what used to be the industrial revolution perhaps. Big crates covered the perimeter whilst me and Tora looked around. We stood to the side behind Thor as the magical translucent colours disappeared to the air. It was cold, I realised as I breathed in the freshness, filling my lungs.  Wait a minute let’s do a head count- Thor, Tora and me, that’s it right. No, I thought to myself, where’s Loki?

How could I have been so stupid and not realised he had gone, typical me…

‘Where’s Lok-?’I began.

‘Where the hell?’ A woman’s voice cut in and then I realised that she had been stood next to me, Thor and Tora. There was an extremely angry expression planted on the young brunette’s face.

‘Do not tell me that you called the police.’ Thor was a little bit annoyed because of his low tone, but his voice still sounded sooo perfect.

‘What did you expect me to do?’ We all glanced at the police then back to, we don’t even know this woman’s name.

‘and you are…’ I said, waiting for an answer, completely confused by the whole situation. Where exactly were we? Where was Loki? Why was this strange woman so angry at Thor?

‘I’m very sorry about all this.’ She looked at Thor as if peering into his soul, then her expression softened and she smiled kindly whilst turning to me. ‘Jane, Jane Foster.’ She replied.

Hmmm, I'm sure Thor had mentioned Jane before...

‘I’m Tora.’ Tora explained, shaking Jane’s hand. Seriously I thought. ‘This is my sister Loti.’

‘Hello-.’

‘Wow, you’re Tony Stark’s daughters,’ an expression of shock and joy appeared on her face. ‘ it’s a pleasure to-.’

‘Stand down!’ The police officer shouted forcefully, the gun shaking in his hands, he was completely baffled by the whole situation, not to mention extremely scared. He knelt behind a police car, yeah sure that would protect him from the mighty Thor.

‘Where were you?’ Jane still had unanswered questions I suspected, after all, I do want to be a detective when I’m older.

‘Heimdall failed to see.’ Thor replied.

Jane sighed as if it was a pathetic excuse.

‘I’m warning you, stand down!’ The police officer roared making me and Tora shudder. I don’t want to die I thought, pleadingly and pathetically although no one could hear me.

‘We must go.’ Thor said quickly and whispered that Heimdall open the Bifrost.

Just as the Bifrost opened I heard Jane's (I presumed) intern shout her name.
