Okay, this is just a one shot again... so enjoy!
Not brilliant but oh well...
I only own Tora and Loti not Marvel, unfortunately...
Me and Tora placed the knives and forks at each side of the large plates that were laid out neatly on the large outstretched table; there was five different types of forks so I was a bit confused as to which order they should be placed in; it was what you expected to see in the Queen's palace dining room. It was the biggest dining room in Stark Tower after all. We hardly ever went into this room it was only ever on special occasions like Christmas and when we had guests, so recently we had been in here a lot. It was a big room and Dad didn't mind if we played in here sometimes as well.
After we had finished setting the table so that when the food was ready and prepared so the waitresses didn't have to set it up, we decided to play three-dimensional chess. A/N ~~ It's basically chess that's really complicated.
'You have played before, haven't you Loti?' Tora asked, as if she was willing to teach me; I was a pro.
'Of course I have, after all I am the champion in the chess club at school.' I said proudly, Tora tried not to laugh.
We sat cross-legged on the floor, whilst we set it up and soon enough it had been half an hour and I had already won twice.
'Just give up Tora you aren't going to win.' I sighed.
She sat there looking at each of the chess pieces intently, thinking about each of the different moves that each chess piece could move, and which one was the best. Too bad she wasn't very good at chess.
And then something extraordinary happened. She placed her King in the most obvious place known to man. Typical...
'Checkmate.' I used my knight to flick her King off the top board and it dropped to the floor.
'But, but... but...' She was trying to spot my mistake, the problem was... there wasn't any mistakes.
She scanned the board to see if I had done something wrong. After about thirty seconds of looking like a confused walrus, just sitting there, she finally said-
'Okay, you win,' A sudden joy rushed up my spine as a smile portrayed my lips. I had won, again. Tora looked really upset that she didn't win and before I knew it that emotion had turned to guilt. She stood up and held out her hand, she was about to say well done when I...
'Tag, you're it!!' I shouted, jabbing her shoulder, I knew this would cheer her up. I dashed out of the dining room before she could even speak or move, running as quickly as I could.
Tora was so gullible.
